Pickle Queens Cup 2025 is set to be Malaysia's premier pickleball event, bringing together players to compete in a Novice and Intermediate categories at Premier Pickleball SS13. The tournament will be for 2 days and will officially kick off on 28 June 2025 at 8:00 am. More than just a tournament, it will be a captivating experience as the best players battle it out in an electrifying atmosphere, surrounded by world-class courts, passionate crowds, and the ultimate pickleball venue. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE: 28 June 2025 (Saturday) Women's Doubles Novice ( DUPR <3.0) 8:00am - 4:00pm: Group stage - 4 groups of 6 teams Group A and B plays at 8:00am Group C and D plays at 10:30am onwards 3:00pm - 5:00pm: Knock out stage (Quarter finals, Semi Finals, 3rd place and finals) 29 June 2025 (Sunday) Women's Doubles Intermediate (Combined DUPR <7.0) 8:00am - 4:00pm: Group stage - 4 groups of 6 teams Group A and B plays at 8:00am Group C and D plays at 10:30am onwards 3:00pm - 5:00pm: Knock out stage (Quarter finals, Semi Finals, 3rd place and finals) SCORING FORMAT: Group Stage & Quarter Finals: - Rally Scoring to 15 points - switch sides at 8 points - Each team gets to play 5 games in the round robin stage Semi Finals: - Rally Scoring to 21 points - switch sides at 11 points Number of Sets: 1 Set 3rd/4th Placing Playoff & Final: - Rally Scoring to 15 points - switch sides each set - for last set switch sides at 8 points Number of Sets: Best of 3 Sets Time-Out: - 1 minute per team (1 time-out only) for Group Stage, Top 16 & Quarter Finals - 1 minute per team (2 time-outs) for Semi finals, 3rd/4th Placing Playoff & Final Balls: - provided by Dink Lab Tiebreaker: - by total wins - point difference -head to head - tournament director coin flip
