Terms and Conditions: DUPR Rating Requirement: - All participants must have a DUPR rating between ( 2.25 - 3.25 ) - All match results will be recorded and submitted to DUPR. - Players must register on the RECLUB platform and ensure their DUPR rating is synced. Age Eligibility: - The tournament is open to all age groups. Category Limitation: - Each participant may register for only one tournament category. DUPR Rating Lock: - A player's DUPR rating at the time of registration will determine eligibility. Any changes to the rating after registration will not affect eligibility. Registration Fee Policy: - Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Tournament Format & Rules: Account Integrity: - Using fake accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered , you will be disqualified. Punctuality: - Players must report to their assigned courts on time. - Failure to appear within 10 minutes of a match being called will result in a forfeit due to "no-show” , absent will automatically forfeit. Group Format: - 6 teams per group, with a total of 4 groups. Round Robin Format - Matches will be played to 13 points using rally scoring. No deuce; sudden death applies. Group Stage Matches: - Each team will play 5 matches within their group. Advancement: - The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the Quarterfinals. Knockout Rounds: - Quarterfinals & Semifinals: First to 15 points, sudden death. - 3rd Place Match: Best of 3 games to 15 points, rally scoring, sudden death. Final Match: - Standard best-of-3 format (0-0-2). Match Officiating: - No umpires will be present for Round Robin, Quarterfinals, or Semifinals. Players are responsible for making their own line calls and resolving disputes. Finals Officiating: - An umpire will be present to announce the score and monitor kitchen violations. Line calls remain the players’ responsibility, but the umpire may assist if the situation is clearly visible. Injury Time: - A 15-minute injury timeout will be allowed. If a player cannot continue afterward, it will be considered a forfeit. Prizes: 🥇1st Place: RM 650 + Medal + Trophy 🏆 🥈2nd Place: RM 320 + Medal 🥉3rd Place: RM 170 + Medal Prize Money Policy : -Prize money is guaranteed only in the event of full participation. -Should there be insufficient participation, prize amounts will be prorated proportionally based on the number of confirmed participants. Match Schedule: - Group Stage: June 27, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM - Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Finals: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Facilities: Shower facilities will be available for participants. Payment Instructions: - Registration fees should be paid to RCN FRIENDLY PICKLEBALL CLUB ( https://payment.tngdigital.com.my/sc/bDLocVzYV7 )via Touch 'n Go. Confirmation: - Participants who have not yet paid must do so to secure their slot. Once payment is received and confirmed, the player will be marked as "Confirmed." Check-In Time: - All players must arrive before 6:45 AM for registration. If a team member is more than 15 minutes late, the team will be disqualified. Attention Notice: ℹ️ Only USAPA- and UPA-A-approved paddles are allowed. Paddles such as the Joola Mot TA 15, OEM, or other non-certified paddles will not be accepted for tournament play. All match results will be recorded and submitted to DUPR.
