It’s been 365 days of rallies, lobs, and unforgettable matches. To celebrate Picklefy’s 1st Anniversary, we’re teaming up with KL Pickle Buddies (KLPB) to host a tournament that puts the spotlight exactly where it belongs: on the players and the courts that bring us together.

If you haven’t stepped foot on the Picklefy courts yet, there is no better time than our anniversary weekend. We are opening our doors wide to show the community what a true pickleball sanctuary looks like. Expect high-octane energy, professional organization, and a level of play that matches the quality of our facility.

Over the two days, we are bringing together athletes from all skill levels to compete in a high-energy, professional environment. Beyond the matches, this anniversary is about fostering the social spirit and "good vibes" that define our culture.

This isn’t just another tournament; it’s a celebration of how far we’ve come and a showcase of where the game is going. Come for the competition, stay for the vibe, and discover your new favourite place to play.

• 💰 Total Cash Prize Pool: RM 45,800
• 📅 Date: 27th & 28th June 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)
• ⌛ Time: 8.00am – 11.30pm
• 📍 Venue: Picklefy @ Jalan TUDM 
• 🌍 Who can Participate: Open to all players (including international player)
• 📝 Registration Deadline: 20th June 2026 (Saturday) or until full participants

🚩 TOURNAMENT CATEGORIES & REGISTRATION FEE

• Players may participate in more than one (1) category, provided that there are no scheduling conflicts.
• While every effort will be made to accommodate players in multiple categories, scheduling flexibility is not guaranteed.
• If a conflict cannot be resolved, players must choose one (1) match to play; the other match will be recorded as a walkover for the opponent.

🔖 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• Group Stage: Each category will begin with a round-robin format within assigned groups.
• Knockout Stage: The top two (2) teams from each group will progress to a single-elimination knockout round.
• Format Adjustments: The organizer reserves the right to modify the tournament format based on the final number of participants.
• Seeding: Selected categories may include seeding for the top eight (8) or top four (4) teams, determined by DUPR ratings and at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
• Tie-Breaking Criteria (Group Stage): If two or more teams finish with identical win–loss records, group standings will be determined in the following order:

1. Head-to-head result (only if exactly two teams are tied)
2. Total point differential (points scored minus points conceded across all group matches)

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES & ELIGIBILITY

• Podium Restrictions (2.80 and Below): Only one player per team may have a prior podium finish (Champion/Runner-up). Players with a podium finish in any category rated 2.80 or higher since November 2025 are ineligible.
• DUPR Requirements: Eligibility is based on DUPR ratings from 15th February 2026 to registration date. Multiple accounts or intentional rating manipulation will result in immediate disqualification and a report to DUPR.
• Identity Appeals: Formal identity reports must be submitted between 21st June 2026 – 25th June 2026 with a RM30 deposit and supporting proof.
• Disqualification: Confirmed violations will lead to immediate disqualification without a refund.
