Tournament Guidelines 👌 General Rules: 1. Players must complete their registration at least 30 minutes before the tournament begins and report to their assigned courts on time. A delay of more than 10 minutes will result in automatic disqualification. 2. All participants must possess a RECLUB ID and have a DUPR rating of 3.25 or lower at the time of registration. Less or more than 0.10 decimal will be rounded off.(Up to 3.35during registration) Registration & Payment : 1. Entry fee: RM200 per team. 2. Payment must be made via TNG eWallet to 0173839363 (Leong Kar Yee), and the receipt should be uploaded to the general chat for confirmation. 3. A team’s participation is only secured once payment is received. 4. Slots are limited to 32 teams, and registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. If Prizes 🏆: • Champion: RM1000 cash + medal • 1st Runner-Up: RM450cash + medal • 2nd Runner-Up: RM250 cash + medal Tournament Structure & Rules: Group Stage: 1. 32 teams will be randomly split into 8 groups, with 4 teams per group. 2. Each team will play 3 round-robin matches within their group. 3. The top 2 team from each group (16 teams in total) will advance to the knockout stage. 4. Matches will follow an 13-point rally scoring format, with sudden death at 12-12. Knockout Stage (Round 16) : 1. The 16qualifying teams will be ranked based on: 2.Matches will follow a 15-point rally scoring format, Sudden Death at 14-14 3.The winners progress to the Quarter Finals. Quarter Finals: •Matches will be played in a 15-point rally scoring format, with a “serve to win” at 14-14. •Winners move on to the Semi Finals -Semi Finals,3rd placing & Finals - [x] •Matches will be played in a rally 21 scoring format and "serve to win" at 20-20 Terms & Conditions: 1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if there are insufficient participants. 2. If the tournament is canceled, all registered teams will receive a full refund. 3. In the case of postponement, teams may either retain their slot for the new date or request a full refund. 4. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. 5. The organizer may adjust the rules or format if necessary. 6. The price may be adjusted if the amount of teams is insufficient.
