📌 Tournament Category

• 团体赛公开组 (minimum 4 person (2 male 2 female) total DUPR 12 and maximum 6 total DUPR 18 person, team combined DUPR ≤ 3.199) and all registered participants must take part in the competition.– 24 Teams

1. 团体赛社团组 (Club, association or society must register under Malaysia ROS) and all registered participants must take part in the competition. – 16 Teams

• 📊 DUPR Limits: Max Individual DUPR: 3.199

• 💰 EARLY BIRD Registration Fee: RM 488 / team (Valid before 30/06/2026 with voucher code: EARLYBIRD)

• 💰 Registration Fee: RM 588 / team

Eligibility & DUPR Verification

• DUPR ratings will be verified prior to the tournament.

• The DUPR rating at the time of registration shall be used for eligibility verification.

• Participants without a valid DUPR rating (NR) will be automatically considered as 3.000

• Subsequent changes to a player’s DUPR rating will not be considered.

• Players found exceeding category limits may be disqualified without refund.

• The Organiser reserves the right to investigate suspicious rating discrepancies, undeclared competitive history, or sandbagging behavior.

📝 Tournament Rules

• 🔄 Early Stages (Group Stage, Round of 16, Quarter-finals)

• Format: Single set, 15-point system.
• Sudden Death: If the score reaches 14-14, the next point wins the match (Golden Point). No deuce.
• Switching Sides: Teams switch sides when one team reaches 8 points.

🔄 Final Stages (Semi-finals, Finals & 3rd/4th Playoff)

• Format: Single set, 21-point system.
• Sudden Death: If the score reaches 20-20, the next point wins the match (Golden Point). No deuce.
• Switching Sides: Teams switch sides when one team reaches 11 points.

GROUP STAGE TIEBREAKERS

Teams will be ranked in the following order:

1. Matches Won
2. Head-to-Head Result
3. Point Differential

⚠️Governing Rules

• The tournament shall be governed by the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook.

• Any disputes, interpretations, or matters not expressly covered shall be decided by the Tournament Committee, whose decision is final and binding.

⚠️Match Regulations

🔹 Check-In, Punctuality & Walkovers

• Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled match.
• A 10-minute grace period applies
• Teams failing to appear after the grace period will forfeit the match and a walkover will be awarded.

🔹 Medical Timeout

• One 10-minute injury timeout allowed

• Inability to continue will be considered a forfeit

⚠️Health, Safety & Liability

• Participants compete at their own risk.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to compete.

• The Organiser, venue, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event.

• Players must immediately withdraw if instructed by tournament officials or medical personnel.

⚠️Prizes & Participation Threshold

• Prize distribution is subject to minimum participation numbers.

• If the tournament receives less than 50% of its intended entries, prize amounts may be adjusted accordingly.

• All prize decisions by the Organiser are final.

⚠️Registration & Deadline

• Registration Closes: July 15, 2026 (Spots are limited, first-come, first-served!)

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the tournament is cancelled by the Organiser.

• The Organiser reserves the right to close registration once a category reaches full capacity.

• Once registration is completed, partner changes are only allowed if the original partner is unable to compete due to injury, supported by a valid medical certificate and subject to organiser approval.

• Full refund only if tournament is cancelled

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the tournament or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
