Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm — Mixed Doubles

✅ Eligibility Requirements

• DUPR rating ≤ 2.55 / Not Rated
• Players must not have previously won a pickleball tournament championship in the registered category
• Minor or informal events such as club friendlies, inter-club matches, or company-level tournaments are excluded
• Eligibility will be assessed based on the player’s status at the point of registration

📝 Registration & Cancellation Policy

Players may register for multiple categories. Schedules will be arranged to avoid time clashes.

Cancellation Policy

• If fewer than 8 teams are registered, the event will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued
• No refunds once registration is confirmed
• If unable to attend, participants may arrange their own replacement

🔥 Match Format

A total of 16 teams will be divided into 4 pools, with 4 teams per pool.

Stage 1: Group Stage

• Each pool consists of 4 teams
• Teams will compete in a round robin format within their pool
• The top 2 teams from each pool will advance to the Quarterfinals

Stage 2: Knockout Stage

• Quarterfinals → Winners advance to the Semi-finals
• Semi-finals → Winners advance to the Final
• Losing semi-finalists will play the 3rd Place Match

🎯 Scoring System

Pool Stage

• Single set, rally point scoring to 15 points
• Sudden death at 14–14
• Teams switch sides at 8 points

Quarterfinals & Semi-finals

• Single set, rally point scoring to 15 points
• Win by 2 points, no maximum
• Teams switch sides at 8 points

3rd Place Match & Final

• Best of 3 sets
• Rally point scoring to 11 points
• No deuce
• In the deciding 3rd game, teams switch sides at 5 points

📊 Tie-Breaking Criteria — Group Stage

1. Total point difference in all group matches
2. Total points scored
3. Head-to-head result

📖 Match Regulations

No-Show / Forfeit

• A no-show of 5 minutes will be considered a forfeit
• The forfeiting team will receive 0 points for that match

Timeout

• One 1-minute timeout is allowed from the Semi-finals onwards

Medical Timeout

• One 10-minute injury timeout is allowed
• If a player is unable to continue, it will be considered a forfeit

⚠️ Important Notes

• DUPR manipulation will result in disqualification with no refund
• The tournament shall be governed by the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook
• The Tournament Director has final authority on all rulings and disputes
• Match results will not be submitted to DUPR
• Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation and may be adjusted proportionally if entries are insufficient
• Match format and schedule may be adjusted based on final registration numbers
• By participating, players consent to the use of their photos, videos, names, and likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes
• Personal data collected will be used solely for tournament administration, communication, and record-keeping
• Players participate at their own risk. The organizer shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage
• No retrospective appeals will be entertained once the match or round has concluded
• The organizer reserves the right to amend schedules, court assignments, or tournament formats where necessary to ensure fairness and smooth event operations
