Novice (Combined DUPR ≀5.5)

*Individual DUPR ≀3.000 | NR = 2.750

*Novice participants must have no previous podium finishes, regardless of tournament level. STRICTLY NO BUAYA.


Intermediate (Combined DUPR ≀6.5)

  1. Men’s Doubles
  2. Women's Doubles
  3. Mixed Doubles

*Individual DUPR ≀3.500 | NR = 3.250


Governing Rules

β€’ The tournament shall be governed by the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook.

β€’ Any disputes, interpretations, or matters not expressly covered shall be decided by the Tournament Committee, whose decision is final and binding.


Eligibility & DUPR Verification

β€’ DUPR ratings will be verified prior to the tournament.

β€’ The DUPR rating at the time of registration shall be used for eligibility verification.

β€’ Subsequent changes to a player’s DUPR rating will not be considered.

β€’ Players found exceeding category limits may be disqualified without refund.

β€’ All eligible match results will be submitted to DUPR.

  • 8:00am - 11.30am: Novice Men's Doubles & Novice Women's Doubles
  • 11.30am - 4:00pm: Novice Mixed Doubles


Day 2: 27 September 2026 (Sun)

  • 8:00am - 11.30am: Intermediate Men's Doubles & Intermediate Women's Doubles
  • 11.30am - 4:00pm: Intermediate Mixed Doubles

R16 to Quarterfinals:

Finals:

β€’ Each game to 15 points


➑️ Top 2 teams from each group advance to knockout rounds

➑️ Format adjustments may be made based on participation numbers


Tie-Breaking Criteria (Group Stage)

If two or more teams are tied:

1. Total Point Difference in All Group Matches

2. Total Points Scored

3. Head-to-Head Result 


Match Regulations

πŸ”Ή Check-In, Punctuality & Walkovers

  • Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled match.
  • 10-minute grace period applies
  • Teams failing to appear after the grace period will forfeit the match and a walkover will be awarded.

πŸ”Ή Medical Timeout

β€’ One 10-minute injury timeout allowed

β€’ Inability to continue will be considered a forfeit


Equipment Requirements


Paddles

β€’ No restriction on paddle brands or models.

β€’ Players are responsible for ensuring paddles are safe and suitable for play.

 

Tournament Balls

β€’ Official tournament ball: TBA

β€’ Subject to change if out of stock.

β€’ Any change will be announced prior to match play.


Partner Replacement (Doubles)

β€’ Allowed before first match only

β€’ Replacement must meet category eligibility

β€’ Subject to Tournament Director approval

β€’ Changes affecting seeding may be rejected


Registration & Deadline

β€’ Registration is first-come, first-served.

β€’ Registration is confirmed only upon full payment

β€’ Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the tournament is cancelled by the Organiser.

β€’ The Organiser reserves the right to close registration once a category reaches full capacity.

β€’ Full refund only if tournament is cancelled


Code of Conduct

All participants must:

β€’ Display good sportsmanship at all times

β€’ Respect opponents, referees, officials, and volunteers

β€’ Refrain from abusive language, aggression, or unsportsmanlike behaviour

β€’ The Organiser reserves the right to issue warnings, impose penalties, or disqualify players for misconduct.


Health, Safety & Liability

β€’ Participants compete at their own risk.

β€’ Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to compete.

β€’ The Organiser, venue, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event.

β€’ Players must immediately withdraw if instructed by tournament officials or medical personnel.


Prizes Money

β€’ Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation

β€’ In the event of insufficient entries, prizes may be prorated proportionally


Disputes & Appeals

β€’ Any disputes must be raised immediately during the match.

β€’ Only disputes involving scoring or rule interpretation will be considered.

β€’ No retrospective appeals will be entertained once the match or round has concluded.


Media, Photography & Data

β€’ By participating, players consent to the use of their photos, videos, names, and likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes by ATP Club.

β€’ Personal data collected will be used solely for tournament administration, communication, and record-keeping.


The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the tournament or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
