PRIME Mini Tournament #1 (Age 35+)

Join the inaugural PRIME Mini Tournament #1, a fun and competitive pickleball event designed for players aged 35 and above. Whether you're looking to compete, stay active, or connect with the local pickleball community, this event offers an exciting and friendly tournament experience.

• Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Venue: Game On Pickle (GOP)

Categories

• Men's Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

Registration

• RM80 per team
• Maximum 16 teams per category
• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is confirmed upon full payment.

Eligibility

• Minimum age: 35 years old (based on Year of Birth)
• Combined DUPR: 5.9 and below
• Players without a DUPR rating will be treated as DUPR 3.0 (NR = 3.0)
• Eligibility is determined using each player's DUPR rating on the registration date. Changes to DUPR ratings after registration will not affect eligibility.

Rating Integrity

Players must not have evidence of:

• DUPR manipulation
• Rating inflation
• Deliberately manipulated match results
• Any suspicious DUPR-related activity within the previous three (3) months.

The organiser reserves the right to reject any registration deemed inconsistent with the spirit of fair competition.

Podium Restriction

To encourage new partnerships and maintain fair competition:

• ❌ Teams consisting of the same two players who previously finished on the podium together are not eligible.
• ✅ A previous podium player may compete with a different partner.
• ✅ A podium player may partner with a non-podium player.
• ✅ Two non-podium players may compete together.

Verification: Previous podium partnerships will be verified using official tournament records from Sports Sync, ReClub, Baseline, and SWP. The Organiser reserves the right to determine eligibility based on these records.

Prize Money (Per Category)

🥇 Champion – RM200 Cash

🥈 1st Runner-up – RM150 Cash

🥉 2nd Runner-up – RM100 Cash

Terms & Conditions

Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser.
• The organiser reserves the right to close registration once the maximum number of teams has been reached.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the tournament due to insufficient registrations, venue issues, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If the event is cancelled, all registered teams will receive a full refund.
• If the event is postponed, teams may either:
• Retain their registration for the new event date; or request a full refund.

Participant Responsibility

• All participants compete at their own risk.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate and must stop play immediately if they feel unwell or sustain an injury.
• The Organiser and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage arising before, during, or after the event.
• Participants are solely responsible for the security of their personal belongings.

Conduct & Sportsmanship

• All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect fellow players, officials, and volunteers, and comply with all tournament rules.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify, remove, or refuse participation to any player whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsportsmanlike, or in breach of the tournament rules.
• Any disputes, disciplinary matters, or interpretation of these tournament rules shall be determined by the Organiser and Tournament Director. All decisions are final.
