IMPORTANT (ELIGIBILITY):

Individual Categories

Players who finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place (qualifier for Fila Grand tournament) in the same category during the Fila Pickleball Championship Series 2026 – League III are NOT eligible to participate in that category again.

Example:

If Alex finished 4th place in Novice Men's Doubles at the Fila Pickleball Championship Series 2026 – League III, he is not eligible to register for Novice Men's Doubles again. However, he may still participate in Novice Mixed Doubles.

Also, Alex known as qualifier of Novice Mens Double for upcoming FILA Grand Tournament.



NR PLAYER

Team Event: NR player will consider as DUPR 3.0 in team event


Individual category: NR player will need join Open category, and NOT ELIGIBLE for Novice, Intermediate or Advanced category.

🎯 Tournament Format


Individual Categories

  • Round Robin group stage
  • Top 2 teams from each group advance to Knockout Stage
  • Quarter Finals
  • Semi Finals
  • 3rd/4th Placing Match
  • Finals
  • Organiser reserves the right to adjust the format based on participation. 



Scoring Individual Categories

  • Group Stage: 15 Rally Points
  • Knockout: 21 Rally Points
  • Finals: Best of 3 Sets
  • 1 Time-out per Team
  • Sudden Death (No Deuce) 


Scoring Team Event

Round Robin until Semi Final

  • 15 points rally

3rd playoff / Final

  • 21 points rally


⭐ Grand Tournament Qualification

  • This tournament is an official qualifier for the FILA Grand Tournament.
  • Top 4 teams from each Individual Category qualify.
  • Top 2 teams from each Team DUPR Category qualify.
  • Grand Tournament entry is FREE for all qualified teams.
  • Qualified teams must wear FILA attire during the Grand Tournament. 


📋 Important Information

  • Players must register 30 minutes before their first match.
  • Players may participate in multiple categories.
  • All match results will be submitted via Sport Sync.
  • USA Pickleball (USAP) Rules apply where applicable.
  • Only USAPA & UPA-A approved paddles are permitted.
  • Tournament Director’s decision is final.

  • Unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in warnings, penalties or disqualification.

ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Player Responsibility: Players are solely responsible for verifying their own eligibility and ensuring that all participation requirements are met before registration.
  • Organiser Disclaimer: The Tournament Director and Organiser shall not be responsible for verifying or guaranteeing a player’s eligibility prior to participation.
  • Player Disputes: If another participant reports a player’s ineligibility and provides sufficient, credible, and verifiable evidence, the Organiser reserves the right to investigate.
  • Illegal Registration: If the player is proven to be ineligible or has registered in violation of the tournament eligibility rules, the player shall be immediately disqualified from the tournament.
  • No Refund: Disqualification due to ineligibility or breach of the tournament rules shall result in no refund of the registration fee.


📊 DUPR ELIGIBILITY & INTEGRITY RULES

• Any social DUPR games played within 3 months prior to the registration date must be declared to the organisers. Failure to declare may result in disqualification (DQ).

• Organisers reserve the right to conduct DUPR verification and vetting before and during the tournament.

• Players suspected of DUPR manipulation, rating manipulation, sandbagging, or intentionally maintaining an inaccurate rating may be subject to review and DQ.

• The official player list will be published 2 weeks before the tournament to allow players to raise concerns and assist the organisers in ensuring a fair and competitive tournament.

• Only participants registered in the respective category may submit a protest regarding another player’s DUPR eligibility.

• All protests must include the reporter’s name and relevant supporting details for verification by the organisers.

• The identity of the reporter will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to the reported player.

• Players are encouraged to report any suspicious DUPR activity, rating irregularities, or potential manipulation to the organisers.

• The organiser’s decision regarding DUPR eligibility, protests, and tournament integrity shall be final.


⏰ DISPUTE DEADLINE

  • All disputes, protests, and complaints regarding DUPR eligibility must be submitted no later than 1 September 2026.
  • After 1 September 2026, no further complaints, objections, or eligibility disputes will be entertained, except in exceptional circumstances at the organiser’s discretion.
  • Once the dispute period closes, the player eligibility and tournament draw shall be considered final.
  • The dispute deadline does not prevent the organisers from taking action if new evidence of DUPR manipulation, fraud, or eligibility violations is discovered after the deadline.




Video Review & Line Calls

In matches without an official video review system, smartphone recordings, livestreams, or any other external video footage will not form part of the officiating process and cannot be used to overturn or challenge a line call.

Any such footage may only be used for informal discussion or reference and has no impact on the official match result.

All line calls and rulings are based on the real-time calls made during the match.
