1️⃣ Women's Doubles

* Combined DUPR: < 5.8

* Individual DUPR Limit: 3.000

* Team Limit: 32 Teams

* Registration Fee: RM230 per pair

🥇 Champion: RM1,300

🥈 1st Runner-up: RM800

🥉 2nd Runner-up: RM500

2️⃣ Mixed Doubles

* Combined DUPR: < 5.8

* Individual DUPR Limit: 3.000

🔹 Women's Doubles & Mixed Doubles

Group Stage to Quarter-finals

* Rally Scoring – 15 points

* Sudden Death applies.

* No team timeouts allowed.

* One medical timeout of up to 10 minutes per match.

Semi-finals

* Rally Scoring – 15 points

* Sudden Death applies.

* Each team is allowed ONE 1-minute timeout.

* One medical timeout of up to 10 minutes per match.

3rd Place Match & Finals

* Rally Scoring – 21 points

* Sudden Death applies.

* Each team is allowed ONE 1-minute timeout.

* One medical timeout of up to 10 minutes per match.

🔸 Sudden Death Rule

* 15-point match: At 14–14, the next point wins.

* 21-point match: At 20–20, the next point wins.

🔸 Medical Timeout

* One medical timeout of up to 10 minutes per match for injury or medical emergencies.

* Medical timeouts are subject to approval by tournament officials.

* Players unable to continue after the medical timeout will forfeit the match.

📋 REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

* Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.

* Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the tournament is cancelled by the Organiser.

* All players must meet the DUPR and category eligibility requirements.

* Both players in the 40+ categories must be at least 40 years old.

* The Organiser reserves the right to verify DUPR ratings, age, and eligibility.

* Ineligible players may be disqualified.

🤝 CODE OF CONDUCT

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

* Good sportsmanship must be maintained at all times.

* Respect opponents, referees, officials, and volunteers.

* Abusive language, aggression, and unsportsmanlike behaviour are prohibited.

* The Organiser reserves the right to issue warnings, impose penalties, or disqualify players or teams for misconduct.

🩺 HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

* All participants compete at their own risk.

* Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to compete.

* Players must follow safety instructions from tournament officials or medical personnel.

* Liability for injury, loss, or damage shall be subject to applicable laws.

💰 PRIZE MONEY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

* Prize money is guaranteed only when the relevant category reaches full participation.

* If a category does not reach full capacity, the Organiser reserves the right to adjust the prize money proportionally.

* Any revised prize pool will be communicated to participants.

⚖️ DISPUTES & APPEALS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

* Disputes concerning scoring or rule interpretation must be raised immediately during the match.

* Only scoring-related or rule-interpretation disputes will be considered.

* No retrospective appeals will be entertained once the match or round has concluded.

* Decisions by the Tournament Committee shall be final, subject to applicable laws.

📸 MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & PERSONAL DATA

* By participating, players consent to ATP Club using their photos, videos, names, and likenesses for tournament-related promotional purposes.

* Personal data collected will be used for tournament administration, communication, and record-keeping in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

📢 ORGANISER'S RIGHTS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the tournament schedule, format, rules, prize pool, or Terms & Conditions when necessary. Participants will be informed of material changes where reasonably practicable.

All decisions by the Organiser shall be final, subject to applicable laws.
