1. INTRODUCTION

THE SNOWMAN CUP 2026 is a Christmas-themed pickleball tournament. The tournament aims to bring together pickleball players from different communities for a competitive yet enjoyable sporting event while promoting the growth of pickleball in Malaysia.

2. TOURNAMENT CATEGORIES & SCHEDULE

All three categories will follow the DUPR Combined 5.599 and Below requirement.

Women's Doubles

• Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Entries: 32 Teams

Men's Doubles

• Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Entries: 32 Teams

Mixed Doubles

• Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Expected Entries: 32 Teams

3. PRIZE POOL & AWARDS

DUPR Combined 5.599 & Below

The following prizes will be awarded to the top three teams:

Team Eligibility Requirements

1. The combined DUPR rating of both players must not exceed 5.599.
2. No individual player may have a DUPR rating higher than 3.0.
3. Both players must meet the tournament's eligibility requirements before registration is confirmed.

6. DUPR VERIFICATION & PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Players are not permitted to intentionally lower their DUPR ratings through social games or any other means in order to qualify for this tournament.

The organising committee will review each player's DUPR history. If a player is found to have deliberately manipulated or lowered their DUPR rating, the organiser reserves the right to reassess the player's actual playing level based on previous records and determine their eligibility accordingly.

DUPR records from 1 August 2026 onwards will be used as the official reference for eligibility verification.

7. ORGANISER'S RIGHTS

The tournament organiser reserves the right to verify all player information, review eligibility, and make the final decision regarding participation.

If any participant is found to have provided false information, concealed previous tournament results, or violated any tournament rules, the organiser reserves the right to disqualify the player or revoke their results without prior notice.

8. FAIR PLAY & SPORTSMANSHIP

We encourage all participants to uphold the spirit of fair play by respecting their opponents, referees and the game while enjoying every match.

All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, integrity and respect throughout the tournament.

TOURNAMENT DECLARATIONS

1)     The Organizer have the absolute right to amend the rules and regulations, amend the tournament formats, reduce or increase the prize pool subject to final registered teams.

2)     The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, combine categories or cancel the tournament in the event of insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.

3)     The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

4)     All the decisions made by The Organizer is absolute and final. Format, disputes, rules are not be challenged by any parties.

5)     For DUPR ratings, The Organizer has the absolute right to disqualified any teams or individuals if deemed fake or manipulated with no refund.

6)     The prize pool are calculated based on 32 teams. Cash Prizes will be adjusted should the teams registered lesser than that.

7)     There will be no refund for all the registration and payment made to the organizers. In case there is player who not able to attend on the day, change of player is permitted but with approval from The Organizer.

8)     No medical officers will be on duty. The Organizer do not responsible for any accidents, injuries and death.
