Tournament Categories, Registration Fee & Schedule

19/12/2026 (Saturday)

10:00am – 1:00pm (2 category played at the same time)

• Men’s Double Combined Age 80+ (DUPR 3.4 and below) RM130/team
• Women’s Double Combined Age 70+ (DUPR 3.1 and below) RM130/team

1:00pm – 4:00pm (2 category played at the same time)

• Mixed Double Age 30+ (DUPR 3.2 and below) RM130/Team
• Men’s Double Any Age Group (DUPR 4.0 and below) RM170/Team

DUPR ratings, Enforcement & Disqualification

1) All matches will be submitted to DUPR.

2) Players must have a valid DUPR ID at the time of registration.

3) The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any player or team with suspected fake or manipulated DUPR ratings, without a refund.

4) Player ratings will be locked based on the registration date. Rating increase after registration does not effect the eligibility.

Match Format

Group Stage / Quarterfinals / Semi-Finals

. 1 set of Rally 15 points, Sudden Death at 14-14

. No Switch side

. Receiver call IN/OUT or re-serve when dispute

. Self referee for the score

Finals / 3^rd placing

. 1 set of Rally 21 points, serve to win at 20-20

. Switch side at 11 points

. 1 minute timeout per team

. Receiver call IN/OUT, umpire oversee the match, final decision will be umpire.

. Umpire will call for service faults, kitchen foot-faults and score.

Match Rules

. Each team allow 2minute warm-up before the first match only.

. If any dispute cannot be solve. TD reserve the right to umpire the remaining match.

. Team must complete registration 30minutes before the scheduled match, with identification documents.

. Team failing to appear within 5 minutes of its scheduled time forfeits the match (recorded 0-1)

Tournament Declarations

1) The Organizer have the absolute right to amend the rules and regulations, amend the tournament formats, reduce or increase the prize pool subject to final registered teams.

2) The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, combine categories or cancel the tournament in the event of insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.

3) The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

4) All the decisions made by The Organizer is absolute and final. Format, disputes, rules are not be challenged by any parties.

5) For DUPR ratings, The Organizer has the absolute right to disqualified any teams or individuals if deemed fake or manipulated with no refund.

6) The prize pool are calculated based on 20 teams. Cash Prizes will be adjust should the teams registered lesser than that.

7) There will be no refund for all the registration and payment made to the organizers. In case there is player who not able to attend on the day, change of player is permitted but with approval from The Organizer.

8) No medical officers will be on duty. The Organizer do not responsible for any accidents, injuries and death.
