🎯 1. TOURNAMENT CATEGORY & ELIGIBILITY

• Category: Women’s Doubles
• Individual DUPR Cap: ≤ 2.699
• NR (Not Rated): Treated as 2.65 for eligibility purposes
• DUPR Submission: All matches will be submitted to DUPR.

Important Conditions

• Players must meet all DUPR eligibility requirements on the registration date.
• DUPR changes after registration will not affect participation.
• Players must not have evidence of suspicious DUPR manipulation or rating inflation within the past 3 months.

💰 4. PRIZES

🥇 Champion: RM1,000 + Medals + DDPC jersey

🥈 1st Runner-Up: RM600 + Medals + DDPC jersey

🥉 2nd Runner-Up: RM400 + Medals + DDPC jersey

🏅 4th Place: Medals + DDPC jersey

Note: Prizes will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis according to the actual number of registered teams if participation falls below the maximum capacity of 24 teams.

Note: DDPC jersey will distribute to winners after 21 working days due to jersey production lead time.

🔎 5. VERIFICATION

Eligibility will be verified strictly against official SportsSync and Baseline results. Reclub podium results are exempt from the Gold Medal restriction.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their registration complies with these rules. The Organizer or Tournament Director reserves the right to request supporting information and verify previous tournament results.

⚖️ 6. ENFORCEMENT

If a team is found to have violated the eligibility requirements, the Organizer or Tournament Director reserves the right to:

• Reclassify the team to a higher category, where appropriate; or
• Disqualify the team from the tournament.

The Organizer or Tournament Director’s eligibility decision will be final.

🎾 7. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Stage 1: Round Robin

Stage 2: Knockout Quarterfinals

Stage 3: Semifinals

Stage 4: 3rd/4th Place Placement Match and Grand Final

The format and progression are subject to the final number of registered teams.

🤝 8. SPORTSMANSHIP & MATCH CONDUCT

• All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, honesty and respect towards fellow players and the organizing team.
• Players are responsible for making fair and accurate line calls on their side of the court.
• Disagreements should be handled calmly and respectfully. Any unresolved disputes must be referred to the Organizer or Tournament Director.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, intentional cheating, intimidation or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• The Organizer reserves the right to issue warnings or take appropriate action against players who breach the code of conduct.

📢 9. MATCH SUPERVISION & SCORING

• No referees will be provided. Matches will be supervised by designated scorekeepers only.
• Scorekeepers are responsible for recording scores and maintaining accurate match results.
• Players are responsible for their own line calls and must uphold fair play throughout the match.
• Players must cooperate with scorekeepers and confirm the final scores after each match.
• Any scoring disputes should be brought to the Organizer or Tournament Director for a final decision.

⛔ 10. DISQUALIFICATION POLICY

• Multiple DUPR Accounts: Players found using multiple DUPR accounts with inconsistent ratings will be disqualified immediately.
• Eligibility Violations: Teams that fail to meet the eligibility criteria may be reclassified or disqualified.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable for teams disqualified due to eligibility violations or breaches of tournament rules.

📌 11. EVENT CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament if the number of registered teams is insufficient to proceed with the event.

Any decision to cancel or postpone will be communicated to registered participants by the Organizer.

By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by all the tournament rules, regulations and conditions stated above.
