6️⃣ Junior Doubles under 18 - RM 110/pair 🔥TOURNAMENT FORMAT🔥 • Round-robin & Knockout Stage • Players call their own lines • Official Referee officiate semifinals & finals ⭐Scoring System Round-robin, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals • 1 game to 21 rally points (Sudden Death) • Switch Sides at 11 points • No Timeout Grand Finals & 3rd place • 1 game to 15 points (Traditional 002 Format) • Switch Sides at 8 points • One Timeout (1 minute) for each team ⭐Match Regulations Warm-Up & Walkovers • Warm-up : 2 minutes before match • Match start: within 3 minutes of call • 10 minutes grace period after call, more than that considered as walkover Tie-Breaking Criteria (Group Stages) In two or more teams have the same win-loss record at the end of group play, standing will be determined in the following order: 1. Total Point Differential – The difference between total points scored and total points conceded across all group matches. 2. Head-to-Head Result – If exactly two teams are tied, the winner of the match between the two teams will be ranked higher. 3. Coin Toss – If the head-to-head match was cancelled, not played, or inconclusive, the Tournament Director will conduct a coin toss to determine the higher-ranked team. Medical Timeouts • Max 15 minutes (evaluation included) • If unfit to continue considered as forfeit 🔥REGISTRATION & DEADLINE🔥 • Register via sportssync.asia • Closing Date: 9th December 2025 or until full 🔥NO SHOW POLICY🔥 Players arriving later than 10 minutes may forfeit their match by walkover and risk suspension from future tournaments. 🔥DECLARATIONS🔥 • No refunds after payment • Category cancelled and full refund issued if participation is less than 50% of max capacity • Category proceeds with 50% reduced prize pool if above 50% of max capacity but not full • Organizer may cancel or postpone the event if participation is insufficient. • A full refund will be issued in case of cancellation. • For postponements, teams may opt to keep their slot or request a refund. • Organizer reserves the right to adjust the rules or format when necessary.

For all DUPR Rated Categories:

➡️Must submit a valid DUPR ID on registration.

➡️NR players are to self-evaluate their level, however their participation is at discretion of the tournament director.

➡️Using 2nd / fake accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be disqualified or ban from the tournament.

➡️Purposely lowering your DUPR rating by submitting fake matches will result in disqualification or ban from partaking in the tournament and a report to DUPR will be made.

➡️All match results will be recorded and submitted via Sport Sync. 🔥ATTENTION NOTICE🔥 ℹ️ Only USAPA-approved and UPA-A-approved paddles are allowed. Paddles such as the Joola Mot TA 15, OEM, or other non-certified paddles will not be accepted for tournament play. All match results will be recorded and submitted to DUPR.
