• RM200 Per Team (early bird price untill 31oct2026)
• RM220 Per Team (normal price)

Every player will receive a official tournament jersey 👕(Registrations made after 5nov will receive the jersey in Random sizes.)

• 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Combined 5.599 Men’s Doubles
• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Combined 5.599 Mixed Doubles
• 2:00 PM — 5:00 PM: Combined 5.599 Women Doubles

💰 Prize Pool

Men’s Doubles / Mixed Doubles / Women Doubles

• 🥇 1st Place: RM1,500 + Medal
• 🥈 2nd Place: RM1,000 + Medal
• 🥉 3rd Place: RM500 + Medal

Please Note That The prize pool is based on 40 teams per category. If the number of registered teams falls short of 40, the prize money will be adjusted proportionally based on the actual number of teams registered.

For example, if Men’s Doubles has 35 teams registered, the prize money will be calculated as follows:

Champion: RM1,500 ÷ 40 × 35 = RM1,312.50

🏆 Tournament Format

Structure:

• Group Stage: Round-robin format within each group(total 8pools) 5teams per pool
• Knockout Stage: Top 2 teams from each group advance to round 16
• Format Adjustments: May be made based on total participants

Scoring:

Group Stage - Quarterfinal :

• Rally to 15 points
• Sudden death at 14-14
• no time out allowed 

Semi Final,3rd placing & Final :

• Rally to 21 points
• Switch sides at 11 points
• Serve to win at 20–20
• 1 Minute time out per team

📌 Player Eligibility

Individual DUPR cap: Each player must not exceed a rating of 3.099 (Men’s Doubles / Mixed Doubles / Women Doubles)

1. Players found to have multiple DUPR accounts with different ratings will be disqualified.
2. Players without an official DUPR rating (NR) will be considered as 2.799
3. Any player found manipulating their DUPR through social games, or reported by other players for such actions, will be immediately disqualified with no refund.
4. Registration fees will not be refunded for disqualified players.

⚠️ Tournament Disclaimer

1. Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases where the tournament is cancelled by the organizer.
2. If the event is cancelled, all registered teams will receive a full refund.
3. If the event is rescheduled, teams may choose to keep their slot for the new date or request a full refund.
4. The organizer reserves the right to review player eligibility, and to amend tournament rules, schedule, or format if necessary.
5. Prize amounts may be adjusted if the total number of registered teams does not meet the expected capacity.
6. Players must check in on time. Late arrivals may result in disqualification without refund.
7. All decisions made by referees and the organizing committee are final.
