EPC Team Event Mini Tournament 2026🔥

Category: Team Event Combined DUPR 12.50

Date: 28 June 2026 (Sunday)

Time: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Venue: Pickle Empire Club Kemuning

Registration:-

• Registration thru Reclub page of Sport Empire and SportsSync.
• Approved teams will be notified to proceed with payment via SportsSync.
• All entries are subject to eligibility verification.
• Any payment made before verification is non-refundable.
• If a partner is found ineligible, the team must replace the partner.
• Registration Fee: RM250 per team.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Combined team DUPR <12.50
• DUPR reliability score ≥ 50%
• Players without an official DUPR rating are not eligible (self-evaluation not allowed)
• No suspicious DUPR manipulation over the past 3 months

Disqualification Policy:-

• Players with multiple DUPR accounts under different ratings will be disqualified.
• Registration fees are non-refundable for disqualified teams.

Team Structure:-

• Min 1 female players in a team.
• 4 players in a team with combined DUPR 12.50
• Each player may play a maximum of 2 matches per round.

Match Format & Regulations:-

Each round consists of 3 matches:

• 1 × Mixed Doubles
• 1 × Men’s Doubles
• 1 x Mixed Doubles

Scoring Format:-

• Rally scoring: 1 set to 21 points 
• Switch sides at 11 points 
• Sudden death 
• 1 minute 1 timeout per team

Match Outcome & Tiebreaker:-

Group Stage: All 3 matches will be played in each round, even if a team has already secured a 2–0 lead. 

The winner will instead be determined based on the following criteria:

• Number of matches won
• Total Point Differential (points scored minus points conceded)
• Head-to-Head result (if exactly two teams are tied)

Officiating

• Referee calls NVZ violations, short serves and service faults.
• Referee assists with scorekeeping and result submission.
• All disputes must be handled respectfully; referee’s decision is final.

Important Notes:-

• Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or postponement.
• In case of postponement, teams may retain their slot or request a refund.
• Prize values may be adjusted if registration numbers fall above target.
• Players must ensure they are medically fit to compete.
• Late check-in may result in disqualification without refund.
• The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions on eligibility, format, and regulations.
• All decisions by referees and organizer are final.
