We are opening a 2-day review period until 10/10 for any genuine concerns regarding player eligibility.

Eligibility Check

We have actively excluded teams with previous championship podium results.

The current teams meet our eligibility criteria:

• Team Event All Medal ✅
• Mini Tour All Medal, below 20 teams ✅
• Mini Tour All Medal, cash prize below RM801 ✅

What Can Be Reported?

1. Multiple DUPR Accounts

Please provide evidence if you believe a player has multiple accounts.

2. Player Conduct

Previous tournament bans or serious, officially recorded sportsmanship issues.

3. DUPR Manipulation

Reports must be supported by solid evidence such as video, witnesses, or historical data. No rumours or personal assumptions.

Final Call

Review closes: 10/10

After the deadline:

• No further complaints
• No team or player changes
• Player list will be locked

The organizers reserve the final authority on all tournament matters.

🏆 CPC X ZURASPORT Men's Doubles DUPR < 2.999

• Category: MEN’S Doubles
• Fees: RM118 per team
• Time: 8:00PM – 11:30pm (Please arrive by 7:45PM)
• Venue: Hyprground Kuchai Lama — Battle Courts 1, 2 3 & 4
• Ball: Franklin X-40
• All match results will be recorded and submitted DUPR via Sport Sync.
• Players must be at least 18 years old.

📌 PODIUM RESTRICTION RULES

• Eligibility: Podium(Gold / Silver / Bronze) of any Sports Sync / Baseline category (Jan 2025 – Registration Date) are ineligible. (Non-Podium Finish), <2.5 All Podium are Eligible
• Exclusions: This restriction excludes company events, club-internal tournaments, and any Mini Tour events with fewer than 20 participating teams or cash prize below RM800.
• Verification: Verification is based strictly on results from Sports Sync & Baseline . "Re-club" podium finishes are exempt from this restriction.
• Enforcement: Should a player be found to have violated these restrictions, the Organizer or Tournament Director reserves the right to either reclassify the team to a higher category or disqualify the team immediately.

📌 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• DUPR Rating Requirements:
• Personal DUPR < 2.999
• Note: Players without an established rating (NR) will be treated as 2.999 for eligibility purposes.
• Please ensure your DUPR status remains below 3.0 on registration date. DUPR After Registration will not affect your participation.
• Integrity: No evidence of suspicious DUPR manipulation or rating inflation within the past 3 months is permitted.

📌 DISQUALIFICATION POLICY

• Account Integrity: Players found using multiple DUPR accounts with inconsistent ratings will be disqualified immediately.
• Non-Refundable: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable for any team disqualified due to eligibility violations or rule breaches.

🎾 MATCH FORMAT: MINI CUP

Tournament Structure

• Capacity: 20 teams divided into 4 groups (Group A ,B, C, D) of 5 teams each, Each Group 2 Higher Seeding , others assigned randomly,
• Group Stage: Round-robin format. Each team plays 4matches.
• Knockout Stage: The top 2 teams from each group advance to the Quarterfinals (8 teams total).
• Seeding Criteria: Ranking will be determined by:

1. Total games won
2. Head-to-head result
3. Score difference (points)

• A1 X D2
• B1 X C2
• C1 X B2
• D1 X A2

Scoring & Rules

• Group Stage: 15 rally points, sudden death (no serve-to-win required).
• Knockout Stage (Quarterfinals, Semifinals ): 15 rally points, serve-to-win at 14 - 14
• Knockout Stage (3rd Place & Finals): 21 rally points, serve-to-win at 20 - 20

Match Play & Etiquette

• Officiating: Self-officiated. Receivers are responsible for calling lines and faults. We ask all players to resolve disputes respectfully and in the spirit of fair play.
• Host Authority: The Host reserves the right to intervene if sufficient complaints are lodged against a player. All decisions and rulings made by the Host or Umpire are final and binding.
• Timeouts:
• No timeouts allowed during the Pool Stage, Quarterfinals, Semifinals
• One 1-minute timeout per team allowed during 3rd Place, and Final matches.
• Injury Protocol: Maximum 10 minutes of injury time permitted per incident.

Code of Conduct

• The Host reserves the absolute right to remove or ban any participant for rule violations, unsportsmanlike conduct, or failure to respect tournament officials.

Prize values may be adjusted if the minimum registration target is not achieved.

⚖️ ORGANIZER’S DECLARATION & TERMS

1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues, or safety concerns).
2. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.
3. If postponed, participants may choose to retain their slot or request a refund.
4. No refunds once payment is made, except as stated above.
5. No refunds or cancellations allowed within 24 hours of game time.
6. All participants join and play at their own risk.
7. The organizer and venue are not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event.
8. Participants are responsible for their physical condition and must stop play immediately if feeling unwell or injured.
9. The organizer will not be liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
10.  All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and compliance with event rules.The organizer reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant who fails to do so.
11. Any disputes or disciplinary matters will be handled at the organizer’s discretion — all decisions are final.
12. By joining this event, participants consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event by the Club for media, promotional, and marketing purposes.
