Rally Scoring (Men’s Doubles & Mixed Doubles)

Rally Scoring (Senior Doubles Open 50+ & Junior Doubles Boy 16 & below)

Group Stage: Round Robin format
Knockout Stage : Top 2 of each group will be advance to knockout stage
Tie-Breaking Criteria (Group Stage): If two or more teams finish with identical win–loss records, group standings will be determined in the following order:
i. Head-to-head result (only if exactly two teams are tied)
ii. Total point differential (points scored minus points conceded across all group matches)
PRIZE POOL

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENT
- NO DUPR requirement for all categories.
- NR players are welcome to join
- Players are allowed to join multiple categories, as long as is not clashed bases on the tournament schedule
TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
- The tournament rules will be based on the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook. However, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter, amend or modify regulations and make the final decision on any dispute or other matters that may arise.
- Substitution or change in doubles partner will not be permitted after the draw has been finalised.
- All scores will NOT be recorded and NOT uploaded on DUPR.
- Teams arriving more than 10 minutes late or failing to show up for their matches will forfeit their matches, with the score recorded as 0-15.
- The tournament committee reserves the right to close registration once spots are filled, even if it's before the official closing date.
- The tournament committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registration fees will be refunded.
REGISTRATION
- All participants must complete the registration process, including payment, with a partner before the registration deadline. Late registrations or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- Participants are allowed to join multiple categories provided there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- Should the tournament be cancelled for any unforeseen circumstances, the registration fees will be refunded to participants, after deduction of administrative charges of RM 10.00.
- No refunds will be provided in case of cancellation by the participant.
- Prize values are subject to change if the registration falls below 50% of the intended capacity for a category.
- The organizer reserves the right to reassign players to appropriate categories if their skill levels are found to exceed the category's threshold.
- Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements; we will not be held liable for any costs incurred.
- Each participant carefully verifies the supplied information and ensures its correctness.
CHECK IN
- All participants are required to register at the registration desk on the day of the event, at least 1 hour before the scheduled event.
- Identification document (i.e. NRIC or Passport) must be presented to the organizing team members upon check-in for verification purposes.
MEDICAL TIMEOUT
- Players may request a medical timeout for injury or illness.
- The maximum accumulated duration is 15 minutes, including evaluation.
- The match may resume if the player is deemed fit to continue.
- If the player is not fit, the player/team will declare a forfeit or walkover the match.
PLAYER REPLACEMENT
If a registered player is unable to compete, a replacement may be permitted subject to the following conditions:
- Player replacements are allowed only before 27 June 2026, 6:00 PM.
- The replacement player must meet all eligibility criteria and rating requirements of the registered division.
- All replacement requests must receive prior approval from the Tournament Director.
- In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, replacement requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the Tournament Director. The final decision shall rest solely with the Tournament Director and Organizer, and all decisions made are final and binding
CODE OF CONDUCT
- All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and abide by the tournament rules. Misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification
- Expected standards:
- Professional sportsmanship
- Respect toward players & staff
- No abusive language
- No paddle abuse
HEALTH & SAFETY
- The organizer will ensure a safe and well-organised environment, participants are expected to be responsible for their own health and fitness to compete in the tournament.
- By participating, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with pickleball and agree not to hold Courtsite or its organising committee liable for any injuries sustained during the event.
- Participants will need to acknowledge the waiver and liabilities during registration as stated in Liability Waiver & Informed Consent.
DRESS CODE, PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND MEDIA RELEASE
- Participants must wear proper athletic attire and non marking court shoes.
- The organizers reserve the right to use photographs, videos, and other media from the event for non-commercial purposes.
- Participants are advised to bring minimal valuables to the venue.
- It is the participant's responsibility to keep their own belongings safe and secure while at the tournament venue. The organizer will not be held liable or responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
DISPUTE SOLUTION
- Any disputes must be raised immediately with the referee or tournament director during the match.
- Only valid disputes regarding score discrepancies or rule violations will be considered, and no retrospective challenges will be entertained.
- In the event of a dispute, the Tournament Director's decision will be final.
