Venue: Bounze Pickleball @ Old Klang Road (OKR)
Entry Fee: RM200 / pair

Note: The Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend the prize pool of the category if it does not reach minimum of 24 teams.

Divisions:
Men's Doubles < 3.5
Mixed Doubles < 3.5
Women's Doubles < 3.0
Men's Doubles < 3.0
Tournament Structure:
Group Stage: Round Robin (4 groups). The top teams from each group advance to the knockout stage.
Standard Matches: 1 game to 15 points, rally scoring. Sudden death (no deuce). Switch sides at 8 points.
Finals: 1 game to 21 points, rally scoring. Sudden death (no deuce). Switch sides at 11 points.
Tournament Schedule
800 to 1045: Men's Doubles < 3.5
945 to 1245: Women's Doubles < 3.0
1300 to 1530: Mixed Doubles < 3.5
1545 to 1815: Men Doubles <3.0
⚖️ Rules, Regulations & DUPR
DUPR & Eligibility
Players must register for the category that matches their current DUPR rating.
Participants may join multiple categories if there are no scheduling conflicts.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to reassign or disqualify players if their skill levels are found to exceed the category threshold.
The organizing team reserves the right to: tweak match schedules or formats if necessary, audit and verify player eligibility, disqualify any player caught violating the rules. All decisions made by the organizers are final.
Officiating & Play
Matches will be overseen by a Tournament Officer for logistics and flow, but players are responsible for their own line calls and scorekeeping until the Semi-Finals.
The server must call the score loudly before every serve.
Official Referees will be assigned for Semi-Finals and Finals.
Disputes: Must be raised IMMEDIATELY during the match. No retrospective challenges will be entertained. The Tournament Director's decision is final.
Replacements & Refunds
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Replacements are allowed up to 2 days before the tournament, provided the substitute meets the DUPR/eligibility criteria for the division.
All replacements must be approved by the Tournament Director.
General Regulations
Attire: Proper athletic wear and non-marking court shoes are strictly required.
Timeouts: Players may request a medical timeout for injury or illness (maximum 15 minutes including evaluation).
Conduct: We enforce a strict code of conduct. Professional sportsmanship is expected. Abusive language or paddle abuse will result in immediate disqualification.
Liability: Participants acknowledge the physical risks of the sport and are responsible for their own health, fitness, and personal belongings.
By officially registering and paying your entry fee, you agree to abide by all tournament rules, policies, and conditions outlined above.
We will send a proper rules and regulations list nearer to all participants.
