✅ Eligibility Requirements

• DUPR rating ≤ 2.55 / Not Rated
• Must NOT have previously won a pickleball tournament championship in the registered category

  (Excludes minor or informal events such as club friendlies, inter-club matches, or company-level tournaments)

• Eligibility will be assessed based on the player’s status at the point of registration

📝 Registration

Multiple categories are allowed

Schedules will be arranged to avoid time clashes

❌ Cancellation Policy

• If fewer than 8 teams are registered, the event will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued
• No refunds once registration is confirmed
• If unable to attend, participants may arrange their own replacement

🔥 Match Format

A total of 16 teams will be divided into 4 pools, with 4 teams per pool

🔹 Stage 1: Pool Stage (Round Robin)

• Each pool consists of 4 teams
• Teams compete in a round robin format within their pool
• Top 2 teams from each pool (8 teams) will advance to the Quarterfinals

🔹 Stage 2: Knockout Stage

Top 8 teams proceed to:

• Quarterfinals → Winners advance to Semi-finals (4 teams)
• Semi-finals
• Losing semi-finalists will play the 3rd Place Match
• Winners advance to the Final

🎯 Scoring System

Pool Stage (Round Robin)

• Rally point scoring to 15 points
• Sudden death at 14–14 (no deuce)
• Teams switch sides at 8 points

Quarterfinals & Semi-finals

• Rally point scoring to 15 points
• Unlimited deuce
• Teams switch sides at 8 points

3rd Place Match & Final

• Rally point scoring to 11 points (no deuce)
• Best of 3 sets

• Any disputes should be resolved through friendly communication
• If needed, the referee’s decision is final
• A no-show of 5 minutes will be considered a forfeit
• Participants must connect their DUPR account for eligibility review before registration
• Match results will NOT be submitted to DUPR
• Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation / may be adjusted proportionally if entries are insufficient
• Match format and schedule may be adjusted based on final registration numbers
• The organizer reserves the right to amend any rules at any time
