💰 ENTRY FEE

BND $70 per team (Non-refundable)

Players registering for more than one category must complete a separate registration and payment for each category.

🎮 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• Doubles only with fixed pairings
• Round Robin Group Stage
• Maximum 20 teams per category
• 4 Groups of 5 teams
• Each team plays every other team in their group
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to Quarter Finals
• Quarter Finals → Semi Finals → Final
• Knockout stage is single elimination
• Court assignments and match calls are managed by the Tournament Desk

🏸 MATCH FORMAT & SCORING

• Rally scoring to 21 points
• Win by 2 points at deuce
• Teams switch sides at 11 points
• Each match includes a 2-minute warm-up
• Each team is allowed one 1-minute timeout per game

⭐ DUPR

This is a DUPR-rated competition.

Players without a DUPR rating (NR) are welcome to register. For seeding and initial match placement, an NR rating of 3.5 will be assigned, subject to the Organiser’s approval.

No player changes will be allowed after the tournament seeding draw has been conducted.

1. Create or log in to your SportsSync account.

3. Choose your category.
4. Enter your player details.
5. Submit your registration.
6. Complete payment and await confirmation.

Registration Closing Dates:

Novice: 17 September 2026, 2:00 PM

Open Bracket: 8 October 2026, 2:00 PM

Late entries without payment confirmation will not be accepted.

No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

For bank transfers, please use your team name as the payment reference. Your registration will be marked as Confirmed once payment has been verified.

• Players must report to their assigned court within 15 minutes of being called.
• Failure to appear may result in a forfeit.
• Coaching is prohibited once a match has started.
• Players must maintain professionalism, courtesy and respect.
• Unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in disqualification.
• Players participate at their own risk.
• Players are responsible for their own belongings.
• The Tournament Director’s decision is final and binding.
• Matches shall follow the USA Pickleball Rules (2026 Edition) unless otherwise stated.
