7:00 AM–7:00 PM

A high-level event flow will include:

Check-in → Group Stage → Knockout Stage → Semifinals → Finals → Awards

Exact match times will be published after the final team count and competition structure are confirmed.

📝 Team Registration

👑 Team Captain

1. Create your Sportssync account and make sure your DUPR account is linked to complete your profile registration.
2. Once your profile is complete, click “Register Now” → select your Category → choose “Register as Team Captain.”
3. Create and register your team name and complete the team registration fee payment.
4. Once your team has been created, inform your players to register and request to join your team.
5. Review and approve or reject player requests to join your team.

The Team Captain is responsible for coordinating the team registration, payment, roster and player approvals.

🏓 Players

1. Create your Sportssync account and make sure your DUPR account is linked to complete your profile registration.
2. Once your profile is complete, click “Register Now” → select your Category → choose “Join an Existing Team.”
3. Select your team from the list of confirmed teams and submit a request to join.
4. Wait for your Team Captain to review and approve or reject your registration.

A player may join only one team and participate in only one category.

Team Registration will include:

• Team name
• Category
• Team captain
• 8-player roster
• DUPR information
• Player eligibility declarations
• Any additional DUPR accounts
• Newbies podium declaration, where applicable

💰 Registration Fee: SGD 1,099 per team of 8 players

Important: Submitting a roster does not automatically guarantee eligibility. All registrations and player details remain subject to organiser verification.

🏆 Tournament Categories

🌱 Newbies 3.0 and below

A division designed specifically for newer and developing competitive players.

Eligibility Highlights

• Players must be 18 years old and above
• DUPR must be 3.00 and below
• No recognised sanctioned doubles podium finish
• Team-event podiums are excluded from the podium restriction
• NR players are not eligible
• Multiple DUPR accounts must be declared
• If a player has multiple DUPR accounts, the highest DUPR rating will be used

🔵 Intermediate 3.5 and below

A broader division for newer and intermediate players.

Eligibility Highlights

• Players must be 18 years old and above
• DUPR must be 3.50 and below
• Previous tournament podiums are allowed
• NR players are eligible
• NR is treated as 3.49
• Multiple DUPR accounts must be declared
• If a player has multiple DUPR accounts, the highest DUPR rating will be used

👥 Team Registration & Roster

Each team consists of 8 registered players.

The planned team composition is:

• 5 male players
• 3 female players

The Team Captain creates the team and pays the team slot. Players then register individually on SportsSync and request to join the team created by the Team Captain.

Each player may participate in one category only.

Teams should prepare the following information for all players:

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Linked DUPR profile and rating
• Any additional DUPR accounts
• Shirt size

Player Substitutions & Roster Changes

Substitutions may be considered before the announced roster deadline, provided that:

• the replacement player meets all eligibility requirements for the category
• the replacement does not create an unfair competitive advantage
• the change is submitted before the roster deadline
• the change is approved by Rally Rascals

Late or emergency replacements require prior organiser approval.

🏓 Tournament Format

The tournament is planned as a Group Stage → Knockout Stage competition.

The final number of pools, teams per pool, group matches, advancement places, knockout seeding and timetable will be confirmed after registration closes, eligibility checks are completed and rosters are locked.

A high-level event flow is planned as:

Check-in → Group Stage → Knockout Stage → Semi-finals → Finals → Awards

Team Match Format

The planned team-vs-team matchup includes:

1. Mixed Doubles
2. Women’s Doubles
3. Men’s Doubles 1
4. Men’s Doubles 2

If the team match is tied 2–2, a DreamBreaker will determine the winning team. Detailed DreamBreaker rules, player rotations, tie-break rules and match-management procedures will be published in the final competition briefing.

Match Scoring

The planned scoring format is:

• Rally scoring to 21
• No deuce

The final match schedule, court assignments, competition structure and detailed rules will be released closer to the tournament.
