Time: 8:00pm to 11:59pm

Venue: Empire Pickle Club @ Kemuning Utama

📌REGISTRATION

• Registration Fee: RM129 per team
• Register via the Tick Tock Pickle Club Reclub page or SportsSync.
• Approved teams will be notified to proceed with payment via SportsSync.
• All entries are subject to eligibility verification.
• Payments made before eligibility verification are non-refundable.
• If a player is found to be ineligible, the team must replace the player before the registration closes.
• This is a non-DUPR submission tournament.

📌ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Combined Team DUPR <6.099 (7 July) / <6.599 (14 July)
• DUPR Reliability Score ≥ 50%
• Players must have an official DUPR rating (NR/Self-rated players are not eligible).
• No suspicious DUPR manipulation within the past 3 months.

📌DISQUALIFICATION POLICY

• Players found using multiple DUPR accounts with different ratings will be disqualified immediately.
• Registration fees are non-refundable for disqualified teams.

📌MATCH FORMAT

Group Stage & Knockout Rounds

• 1 game to 15 points (Rally Malaysia Scoring)
• Sudden Death at 14–14
• Change ends at 8 points
• No timeouts

Semi-Finals, Third Place Playoff & Final

• 1 game to 21 points (Rally Malaysia Scoring)
• Sudden Death at 20–20
• Change ends at 11 points
• 1-minute timeout per team

📌QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

• Group Stage: Round Robin within each group.
• The Top 2 teams from each group will advance to the Single Elimination Knockout Stage.
• The tournament format may be adjusted by the organiser based on the final number of participating teams.

📌TIE-BREAKERS CRITERIA (GROUP STAGE)

If two or more teams have the same win–loss record at the end of the Group Stage, the standings will be determined in the following order:

1. Total Point Differential
2. Head-to-Head Result
3. Coin Toss

📌PRIZE POOL

Total Prize Value: RM2,728

🥇 Champion: RM688 Cash Prize + Medal x2 + Flick Premier Pickleball RM50 Voucher x2

🥈 1st Runner-Up: RM288 Cash Prize Cash Prize + Medal x2 + Flick Premier Pickleball RM50 Voucher x2

🥉 2nd Runner-Up: RM88 Cash Prize + Medal x2 + Flick Premier Pickleball RM50 Voucher x2

📌OFFICIATING

Referees will:

• Call NVZ violations.
• Call service faults and illegal serves.
• Keep the official score.
• Submit match results.

All disputes must be handled respectfully. Decisions made by the referee and Tournament Director are final.

📌IMPORTANT NOTES

• Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event of tournament cancellation or postponement.
• If the tournament is postponed, registered teams may retain their slot or request a full refund.
• Prize values may be adjusted if the minimum registration target is not achieved.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to compete.
• Late check-in may result in disqualification without a refund.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the tournament format, eligibility criteria, schedule, prizes, and regulations whenever necessary.
• All decisions made by the organiser and Tournament Director are final.
