LOL SOON KEE PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT 2026 will take place on 5 September 2026 at Connect 22 Racquet Club. There will be 2 categories to be done in this full day event.

TOURNAMENT CATEGORIES & SCHEDULE

5 September 2026

Morning 8.00 AM - 2.00 PM

• Men's Double Combined 5.899

Afternoon 2.00 PM - 8.00 PM

• Mixed Double Combined 5.899

NOTES:

1.  Players must be 18 years old & above based on the calendar year (2026).
2. Players under 18 years old may be considered only at the Tournament Director’s discretion. All under-18 participants must submit a parental/ guardian consent form for approval.
3. Eligibility is based on DUPR rating at point of registration.
4. Combined team DUPR not more than 5.899
5. Individual player DUPR must be below 3.099.
6. Player with No Rating (NR) on DUPR are considered as 3.099.
7. Rating changes after registration do not affect eligibility.
8.  All players must be registered with a synced DUPR account.
9.  Fake or duplicate DUPR account are strictly prohibited.

To ensure fair competition, the Organiser will review each player's DUPR rating history from 1st March 2026. Players found to have intentionally manipulated their ratings may be deemed ineligible.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

1.  Group Stage: Round Robin within each group per category.
2.  Top 2 teams advance to Single Elimination Knockout rounds.
3. Slight adjustments to the format may be made in-line with number of participants.

TIE-BREAKING CRITIREA (GROUP STAGE)

If two or more teams have the same win-loss record at the end of group play, standings will be determined in the following order:

1.  Total Point Difference (points scored minus points conceded across all group matches)
2. Head-To-Head Result (only used if exactly two teams are tied)
3. Coin Toss (conducted by Tournament Director – In the rare event the head to head match was cancelled/ not played)

MATCH FORMAT

REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

1. Open to all Malaysian players
2. Entry is first paid, first confirmed
3. Players must comply with the age and DUPR rating requirements for the category they have entered
4. Registration closes on 31 August 2026 or once all slots are filled, whichever comes first. However, the organizer reserves the right to extend the closing date at their disrection.
5. All registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

IMPORTANT RULES

1. Players must report within 5 minutes when the match is called
2. Failure to report may result in match forfeiture
3. All finalized march results are final
4. Disputes must be raised before or during the match

EQUIPMENT

1. Pickleball paddles that follow the USAPA specification
2. The official tournament ball will be provided by the organizer

REGISTRATION FEE & GOODIES POLICY

1. The registration fees is strictly for tournament participation and covers the entry of the registered player/ team into the competition
2. Tournament T-shirts, any additional gifts provided during check in are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first registered, first served basis, while stock last
3. The organiser does not guarantee the availability of such items once the allocated quantity has been fully distributed

LIABILITY

1. Players participate at their own risk
2. The organizer, venue, and sponsors shall not be responsible for: Injuries, Accidents & Loss of Personal belongings

ORGANIZER RIGHTS

The organizer reserve the right to:

1. Adjust schedules or match formats as necessary
2. Verify player eligibility
3. Disqualify players who violate rules
4. Amend, combine, or cancel any category where necessary, based on participation levels and operational considerations, with reasonable notice whenever possible
5. Adjust prize amounts based on the final number of registered teams in each category

All organizer decisions are final

AGREEMENT

By registering for the tournament, participants agree to abide by all tournament rules and conditions
