⚠️ Team eligibility:

•Both players’ DUPR total < 6.299

•⁠ ⁠NR (No Rating) = 3.0

•⁠ ⁠The DUPR rating will be based on the registration date ( the day you make payment)

•⁠ ⁠Fake, duplicated, deleted-and-recreated DUPR accounts, will result in immediate disqualification, no refund will be given.

•⁠ ⁠Player replacement is NOT allowed under any circumstances, including injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or disqualification.

•⁠ ⁠The organizer’s decision is final regarding player qualification. The organizer reserves the right to approve or reject any team with suspicious DUPR ratings or account irregularities to ensure fair play.

•⁠ ⁠Match results will not be submitted to DUPR.

Tournament Schedule

-Mens Doubles Saturday 7pm -1130pm

-Mixed Doubles Sunday 7pm-1130pm

-Lucky Draw is on Sunday

⚠️Tournament Structure

•40 teams will be divided into 8 pools (5 teams per pool)

•The top 2 teams from each pool will advance to Round of 16

⚠️Pool standings will be determined using the following tie-breaking sequence:

•Number of Wins → H2H → Point differential

⚠️Game Rules

•Grouping 15 points sudden death

•Round 16, Semi Final and 3rd place match 21 points sudden death 

•Final 15 points serve to win best of 3

⚠️Player Check-in

•Players must register between 6pm-645pm 

•The game will be start sharply on 7pm

•Late Arrival may result in disqualification

•⁠ ⁠The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to insufficient registrations ( full refund will be issued) 

•⁠ ⁠Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

•⁠ ⁠Prizes may be adjusted if registration targets are not met.

•⁠ ⁠The Organizer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the event.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
