Reserve Pickleball Rally 2026

📍 Location: Reserve Pickle & Padel @ Kota Damansara

📅 Date: 11th October 2026 (schedule will release closer to tournament date) 

⏰ Time: 8am till late

❌ Registration Deadline: 7th October 2026 11.59PM

Tournament Format & Scoring System 

Group Stage

- 48 teams will be divided into 12 groups of 4 teams each

- Each group will play a round-robin format, 15 rally points, sudden death, no serve to win.

- No timeout, maximum of 10 minutes for medical time out in case of injury etc

- Teams will be ranked based on:

 1. Match Wins

 2. Point Difference

 3. Total Points Scored

Advancement

- The Top 2 teams from each group will qualify automatically

- The next 8 best 3rd-placed teams across all groups will also qualify

- A total of 32 teams will advance to the knockout stage

Knockout Stage

- Round of 32 → Round of 16 → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final

- Semifinals onwards 1 min time out for each team.

- Semifinals onwards 21 rally points, serve to win at 20-20

1. Novice Mixed Doubles "Combined (< 5.5)

2. Intermediate Mixed Doubles "Combined (<6.5)

2. Intermediate Mixed Doubles - RM 280 per pair

Champion: Cash RM 1000 + 2 x Paddle worth RM 1200 each

2nd Place: Cash RM 800

3rd Place: Cash RM 500

Intermediate Mixed Doubles

Champion: Cash RM 1500 + 2 x Paddle worth RM 1200 each

2nd Place: Cash RM 1000 

3rd Place: Cash RM 800

⚠ Rules & Regulation

1. Player Eligibility

• Each team must consist of two players.
• The organizer reserves the right to reassign or disqualify teams that have registered in an inappropriate category or misrepresented their skill level.
• Players' DUPR ratings will be locked based on their rating at the time of registration.
• Matches are not submitted to DUPR 

2. Registration & Check-In

• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the entry fee.
• Players must check in at least 1 hour before their category start time.
• Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will result in a walkover (WO).
• Teams that fail to show up without prior notice may be barred from future tournaments.

3. Conduct

• All players are expected to display good sportsmanship and respect toward opponents, referees, and organizers.
• Abusive language, verbal aggression, or unsporting behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to disqualification.
• Players must vacate courts promptly after matches to maintain the tournament schedule.
• Coaching or external assistance during play is not permitted unless authorized by the tournament officials.

4. Safety & Liability

• All participants play at their own risk.
• The organizer and venue shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages sustained during the event.
• Players are encouraged to warm up properly, stay hydrated, and use appropriate equipment and attire.
• In the event of injury, a maximum 10-minute medical timeout may be granted at the referee’s discretion.

5. Media & Consent

• By participating, players consent to the use of their images, videos, and names for event promotion, social media, and future marketing materials by Reserve Pickle & Padel.

6. Organizer Rights

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify the format, rules, or schedule if necessary due to weather, time constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Combine or cancel categories with insufficient entries.
• Make final decisions on any disputes, rule clarifications, or conduct issues.
• Disqualify teams that fail to comply with tournament rules.
