Tournament Event Details
- Date: Wednesday, 23 October 2026
- Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Venue: 91 Pickleball Clubhouse, USJ Subang
- Registration Fee: RM120 / team
- Maximum: 16 teams per category

DUPR: 3.5 & below for all categories
👥 Age Eligibility
- Both players must be 50 years old or above, based on Year of Birth (YOB).
- No podium restriction — previous podium finishes or tournament results do not affect eligibility.
📊 DUPR Eligibility
- DUPR rating is based on the registration date and is final for eligibility.
- Players must have a DUPR rating of 3.5 or below on the registration date.
- Organizers may review DUPR history from March 2026 up to the registration date.
- A valid DUPR ID is required.
- Players with DUPR reliability below 10% are not eligible.
- Organizers reserve the right to verify DUPR rating, reliability and match history.
- Deliberately manipulating or lowering DUPR ratings may result in disqualification, tournament ban and report to DUPR.
- Tournament results will NOT be submitted to DUPR.

Quarter/Semi Finals/Finals
- Single game to 21 points

Free court hours are valid during non-peak hours only.
⏰ Tournament Regulations
1. Punctuality & Check-In
- Check in at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match.
- Players must be ready and present when called.
- Failure to check in/report may result in a forfeit/walkover and recorded loss.
2. Warm-Up & Match Start
- Maximum 1-minute warm-up after instruction by Point Guard/Referee.
- Maximum 10-minute grace period from scheduled match start.
- Failure to arrive within the grace period may result in a walkover and recorded loss.
3. Medical Timeout
- Maximum 10 minutes cumulative medical timeout per match.
- May be taken in multiple intervals, but all intervals count toward the 15-minute limit.
- Unable to continue after the permitted timeout = match forfeiture.
4. Player Responsibility
- Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically capable of participating.
- Participation is at the player's own risk.
- Players should take appropriate precautions regarding their physical condition.
5. Tournament Authority
- The Tournament Director's decision is final on all tournament matters.
- Organizers reserve the right to make decisions necessary for fairness, safety and smooth operation of the tournament.
🚨 Event Cancellation & Postponement
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the tournament due to:
- Insufficient registrations
- Venue issues
- Force majeure
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- If the event is cancelled, all registered teams will receive a full refund.
- If the event is postponed, teams may:
- Retain their registration for the new event date; or
- Request a full refund.
🛡️ Participant Responsibility
- All participants compete at their own risk.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
- Players must stop play immediately if they feel unwell or sustain an injury.
- The Organiser and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage arising before, during, or after the event.
- Participants are solely responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
🤝 Conduct & Sportsmanship
- All participants are expected to:
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship
- Respect fellow players, officials and volunteers
- Comply with all tournament rules
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify, remove, or refuse participation to any player whose behaviour is deemed:
- Inappropriate
- Unsportsmanlike
- In breach of tournament rules
- Any disputes, disciplinary matters, or interpretation of these tournament rules shall be determined by the Organiser and Tournament Director.
