Age Is Just a Number brings players together across 5 age divisions — 20+, 30+, 40+, 50+ and 60+, with Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles categories.

The idea is simple: compete, connect and have fun with players in your age group.

By grouping players into similar age divisions, participants can enjoy a more balanced and competitive playing environment while battling opponents who share a similar stage of life, experience and passion for the game.

Whether you’re in your 20s looking for a new challenge, in your 40s still dominating the court, or in your 60s proving that experience is everything — this tournament is for you.

***DUPR ELIGIBILITY AND PODIUM RESTRICTION RULES (PLEASE READ)***

1)     Players with DUPR NR is eligible to join. NR is equivalent to DUPR 3.0

2)     Only players with DUPR rating below 3.099 are eligble to join. DUPR rating is based on registration time.

3)     DUPR will not be submitted for this tournament.

4)     Maximum podium per players is 2 numbers in Sportsync for year 2026 during registration time. (Reclub Trophies are excluded). Example, Jennifer has 3 podiums in her Sportsync profile for Year 2026. Hence she is not eligible.

5) A podium finish in any category or division will be counted as one (1) podium.

Player Protest Period

1. The official player Protest Period is from 27–29 October 2026.

2. Any protest regarding a player's eligibility, registration, DUPR rating, or other related matters must be submitted within this period.

3. Any protest submitted after the stated protest period will not be accepted, and no further player eligibility complaints will be considered.

4. All protests submitted within the stated period will be reviewed by the Organizer, and the Organizer's decision shall be final and binding.

5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or take appropriate action against any player or team found to be in violation of the tournament rules.

1^ST RUNNER UP – RM 600 CASH + MEDAL X 2

2^ND RUNNER UP – RM 250 CASH + MEDAL X 2

AGE CLARIFICATION

1)     AGE CALCULATIONS IS BASED ON YEAR. WE DON’T LOOK AT MONTH AND DATE. EXAMPLE, ADAM BORN IN 21ST DECEMBER 1986, TAKE 2026 – 1986 = 40. HE IS QUALIFIED TO JOIN AGE 40 CATEGORY EVEN HIS 40^TH BIRTHDAY IS NOT REACHED YET.

2)     ADAM (40 YEARS OLD) AND PETER (35 YEARS OLD) WOULD LIKE TO REGISER FOR THS TOURNAMENT, WHICH CATEGORY THEY ABLE TO JOIN? USE THE SMALLER AGE WHICH IS 35 YEARD OLD AND BOTH OF THEM CAN ONLY JOIN AGE 30+ CATEGORY.

3)     RICHARD IS 50 YEARS OLD. HE CAN JOIN AGE 50+ AND MULTIPLE CATEGORY, AGE 40+, AGE 30+, AND AGE 20+ IF HE WISH TO.

TOURNAMENT DECLARATIONS

1)     The Organizer have the absolute right to amend the rules and regulations, amend the tournament formats, reduce or increase the prize pool subject to final registered teams.

2)     The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tournament in the event of insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.

3)     The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

4)     All the decisions made by The Organizer is absolute and final. Format, disputes, rules are not be challenged by any parties.

5)     For DUPR ratings, The Organizer has the absolute right to disqualified any teams or individuals if deemed fake or manipulated with no refund.

6)     The prize pool are calculated based on 24 teams. Cash Prizes will be adjust should the teams registered lesser than that. (Cash Prizes for Age 60+ refers to sportsync)

7)     There will be no refund for all the registration and payment made to the organizers. In case there is player who not able to attend on the day, change of player is permitted but with approval from The Organizer.

8)     No medical officers will be on duty. The Organizer do not responsible for any accidents, injuries and death.
