🏆 CPC X ZURASPORT Men's Doubles Combine DUPR < 5.55， Personal <2.999

• Category: MIXED DOUBLES
• Fees: RM180 per team
• Time: 2:00PM – 6:00pm (Please arrive by 1:00PM)
• Ball: Franklin X-40
• All match results will be recorded and submitted DUPR via Sport Sync.
• Players must be at least 18 years old.

📌 PODIUM RESTRICTION RULES

• Eligibility: Podium(Gold) of any Sports Sync / Baseline category (Jan 2025 – Registration Date) are ineligible. (No-Champion Finish).
• Exclusions: This restriction excludes company events, club-internal tournaments, and any Mini Tour events with fewer than 20 participating teams or cash prize below RM800.
• Verification: Verification is based strictly on results from Sports Sync & Baseline . "Re-club" podium finishes are exempt from this restriction.
• Enforcement: Should a player be found to have violated these restrictions, the Organizer or Tournament Director reserves the right to either reclassify the team to a higher category or disqualify the team immediately.

🎯 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• DUPR Rating Requirements:
• Combined Team DUPR must be < 5.55.
• Individual DUPR must be < 2.999.
• Note: Players without an established rating (NR) will be treated as 2.999 for eligibility purposes. Please ensure your DUPR status remains below 2.999 on registration date. DUPR After Registration will not affect your participation.
• Integrity: No evidence of suspicious DUPR manipulation or rating inflation within the past 3 months is permitted.

🎯 DISQUALIFICATION POLICY

• Account Integrity: Players found using multiple DUPR accounts with inconsistent ratings will be disqualified immediately.
• Non-Refundable: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable for any team disqualified due to eligibility violations or rule breaches.

NOVICE:

Won a Novice championship before?

Congratulations. Your next challenge is Intermediate.

TRANSPARENCY:

A Watch List will be released 2 days before the tournament to help identify double accounts and unfair entries.

COMPETITION:

We want Novice to be a place where players who are still chasing their first championship can compete fairly.

DUPR:

We do not make accusations of DUPR manipulation without clear evidence. Strong players who have not won a Novice championship are still entitled to compete and earn their title.

Our goal is simple:

Meaningful categories. Competitive games. Fair chances.

🎮 Tournament Format

The competition consists of Group Stage + Knockout Stage:

• Group Stage:
• Rally scoring 15 Points (Sudden Death)

• Knockout Stage (Round of 16 onwards):
• Rally scoring 15 Points (Serve to win)

• Semi Finals
• Rally scoring 15 Points (Serve to win)

• Finals
• Rally scoring 21 Points (Serve to win)

Tournament Structure

• Capacity: 35 teams divided into 7 groups of 5 teams each, Each Group 2 Higher Seeding , others assigned randomly,
• Group Stage: Round-robin format. Each team plays 4 matches.
• The top 2 teams from each of the 7 groups advance to the Round of 16, together with the 2 best-performing 3rd-place teams across all groups.
• Seeding Criteria: Ranking will be determined by:

1. Total games won
2. Head-to-head result
3. Score difference (points)

📏Rules & Game play Highlights

• Early rounds are self-refereed, with Match Officials available
• Semifinals & Finals will have appointed referees
• Players must announce score before serve
• Players are responsible for making their own line calls. Any disputes can be referred to the referee.
• Matches must start within 5 minutes, with a 10-minute grace period before walkover
• Host Authority: The Host reserves the right to intervene if sufficient complaints are lodged against a player. All decisions and rulings made by the Host or Umpire are final and binding.
• Timeouts: No timeouts allowed during the Pool Stage, Quarterfinals, Semifinals
• One 1-minute timeout per team allowed during 3rd Place, and Final matches.
• Injury Protocol: Maximum 10 minutes of injury time permitted per incident.

Code of Conduct

• The Host reserves the absolute right to remove or ban any participant for rule violations, unsportsmanlike conduct, or failure to respect tournament officials.

**Prize pools will be prorated according to the final team count if the minimum registration threshold is not achieved.**

⚖️ ORGANIZER’S DECLARATION & TERMS

1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues, or safety concerns).
2. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.
3. If postponed, participants may choose to retain their slot or request a refund.
4. No refunds once payment is made, except as stated above.
5. No refunds or cancellations allowed within 24 hours of game time.
6. All participants join and play at their own risk.
7. The organizer and venue are not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event.
8. Participants are responsible for their physical condition and must stop play immediately if feeling unwell or injured.
9. The organizer will not be liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
10.  All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and compliance with event rules.The organizer reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant who fails to do so.
11. Any disputes or disciplinary matters will be handled at the organizer’s discretion — all decisions are final.
12. By joining this event, participants consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event by the Club for media, promotional, and marketing purposes.
