📋 Rules & Regulations

1. Tournament is open to players with a combined DUPR of 5.599, with an individual maximum of 3.099.
2. Players may change partners if necessary. Any replacement must be submitted at least 1 day before the tournament.
3. Each match includes a 1-minute warm-up.
4. Players should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled match to avoid delays or walkovers.
5. Players are responsible for their own belongings. The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage.
6. Players participate at their own risk. The organiser is not responsible for accidents or injuries arising from a player's health condition or participation.
7. Safety is the first priority. Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
8. The Organiser and Referee reserve the right to disqualify players for failure to communicate appropriately, disrespectful behaviour, or other conduct that disrupts the tournament.
9. The organiser reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the tournament for promotional purposes.
10. Any player found to have manipulated their DUPR score will be immediately disqualified, with no refund.
11. This is a non-DUPR-submission tournament.
12. The organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tournament if there are insufficient registrations.
13. If the tournament is cancelled, all registered teams will receive a full refund.
14. If the tournament is postponed, teams may either retain their registration for the new date or request a full refund.
15. Registration fees are non-refundable, except where the tournament is cancelled or postponed by the organiser.
16. Prize allocations may be adjusted depending on the final number of registered teams.
17. The protest period closes once the tournament begins. The only exception is cases involving duplicate player accounts, which may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
18. All decisions made by the Organiser and Tournament Director are final.
19. The organiser reserves the right to amend the tournament format, schedule, or rules when necessary to ensure the smooth running of the event.
