MATCH RULES AND EQUIPMENT

================================================

- Officiating: Matches in the preliminary rounds will be self-monitored and self-scored. Players are expected to make line calls fairly and honestly. The gold/bronze medal matches will have an official referee assigned.

- Line Calls: A ball contacting any part of the line (except the non-volley zone line on a serve) is considered "in." If a team cannot agree on a line call, the benefit of the doubt goes to the opponent.

- Equipment Regulations: All paddles used in tournament play must be on the current USA Pickleball Approved Paddle List. Use of an unapproved paddle will result in immediate disqualification.

- Official Ball: Lifetime Pro 48 will be used as the tournament official ball.

- Apparel: Players must wear appropriate athletic court shoes (no black-soled running shoes that mark the courts). Clothing color should not closely blend with the official tournament ball.

================================================

PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

================================================

- Sportsmanship: All players, coaches, and spectators must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to profanity, paddle throwing, aggressive behavior, or verbal abuse of opponents or officials, will not be tolerated.

- Penalties: The Tournament Director reserves the right to issue warnings, point deductions, match forfeits, or outright ejection from the tournament for any Code of Conduct violations, without a refund.

- Check-in: Players must check in at the tournament desk at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time. A 10-minute grace period will be given after the match is called; failure to report to the court will result in a forfeit.
