TOURNAMENT FORMAT
GROUP STAGE
● Round Robin within each group
● Top 2 teams from each group proceed to Single Elimination Knockout Stage
● Tournament Director may adjust format based on final participation
KNOCKOUT STAGE
Single Elimination from Round of 16 onwards
PRIZE POOL
1st Place: 500 USDT
2nd Place: 300 USDT
3rd Place: 200 USDT

TIE-BREAKING CRITERIA (Group Stage)
If teams are tied on win–loss record:
1. Total Point Differential (Points Scored – Points Conceded)
2. Total Points Scored
3. Head-to-Head Result (if only two teams are tied)
4. Fewest Points Conceded
5. Coin Toss (by Tournament Director)
RULES OF CONDUCT, OFFICIATING & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Players must maintain good sportsmanship and respect toward officials, opponents, and spectators. The following are prohibited:
● Swearing, taunting, or trash talk
● Slamming paddles or balls in anger
● Persistent arguing
● Deliberate delays or gamesmanship
Violations may result in warnings, point penalties, or disqualification.
POINT GUARDS & OFFICIATING
Each match will have a Point Guard (court manager), who ensures matches are smooth and fair.
They are not referees, but their decisions must be respected. Duties include:
● Ensuring timely starts
● Clarifying rules and scoring
● Logging scores
● Monitoring conduct
● Escalating disputes if needed
LINE CALLS
● Players call lines on their own side.
● Balls touching the line are in.
● “When in doubt, call it in.”
● If teammates disagree, the ball is considered in.
● No calls can be made for the opponent’s side.
Dishonest or repeated questionable calls may lead to penalties or disqualification.
FAULT ENFORCEMENT
Point Guards may call:
● Foot faults during service
● NVZ foot faults during volleys These calls are final and non-appealable.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
1. Players should first attempt to resolve disputes respectfully.
2. If unresolved, the Point Guard may suggest a replay or escalate to the Tournament Director.
3. The Director may:
○ Make a ruling
○ Assign an official referee
○ Issue warnings or observe the match
Matches must resume promptly; stalling may result in a forfeit.
⏱ WARM-UP & TIMING
● 2-minute warm-up after players are called
● Match must start within 5 minutes
● 10-minute grace period for late arrivals
→ Failure to appear results in a walkover
⛑ MEDICAL TIMEOUTS
● Max 15 minutes (including evaluation)
● Match resumes only if player is deemed fit
● Otherwise, match is forfeited
COACHING POLICY
● No coaching during rallies or between points
● Coaching is allowed only between games
● Violations may result in warnings or penalties
EQUIPMENT STANDARDS
● Paddles must be USA Pickleball-approved
● Balls and nets provided by organizers
● Suspect paddles may be inspected by the Tournament Director
