If tied 2-2 → Dream Breaker (All 4 players rotate after every 4 rallies.)

Coin Toss & Team Roles
📌Each team must appoint a captain to manage coin tosses, lineups, and communication with organizers or referees.
📌One coin toss per match conducted by the referee
📌Winning captain chooses one option first, loser chooses next, remaining goes to winner:
1️⃣Home or Away team
2️⃣Serve or Receive for all games
3️⃣Starting side for Women’s Doubles

Tie-Breaking Criteria (Group Stages)
In two or more teams have the same win-loss record at the end of group play, standing will be determined in the following order:
1. Total Point Differential – The difference between total points scored and total points conceded across all group matches.
2. Head-to-Head Result – If exactly two teams are tied, the winner of the match between the two teams will be ranked higher.
3. Coin Toss – If the head-to-head match was cancelled, not played, or inconclusive, the Tournament Director will conduct a coin toss to determine the higher-ranked team.

Tournament Regulation
➡️Punctuality
🚨must register 30 minutes before the game start.
🚨Forfeit for the whole matches, if failure to register after the assigned match start.
➡️Warm-Up & Walkovers
🚨Players are allowed 2 minutes to warm up after being instructed by the point guard or referee.
🚨Matches must begin within 5 minutes of the scheduled start or when called.
🚨A 10-minute grace period applies. Failure to arrive within 10 minutes of match start may result in a walkover and recorded loss.
➡️Medical Timeouts
🚨A 15-minute injury timeout will be allowed. If a player cannot continue afterward, it will be considered a forfeit. The timeout may be taken in multiple intervals and will be counted cumulatively (stackable).

Registration & Deadline
➡️Closing Date: 29th April 2026
For all DUPR Rated Categories:
➡️The DUPR rating considered will be based on the player’s rating on the day of their registration. This rating will be final, regardless of any updates made afterward. Must submit a valid DUPR ID on registration.
➡️Players without a DUPR rating (NR players) are encouraged to obtain a DUPR rating prior to registration; alternatively, you may participate in the Open Category.
➡️DUPR Ratings with a reliability less than 10% will be considered “NR”.
➡️Using 2nd / fake accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be disqualified or ban from the tournament.
➡️Purposely lowering your DUPR rating by submitting fake matches will result in disqualification or ban from partaking in the tournament and a report to DUPR will be made.
➡️All match results will be recorded and submitted via Sport Sync.
Player Identity Verification and Appeal
➡️ Players may submit an appeal or report regarding the identity of a team during the designated appeal period of 24 April to 30 April.
➡️ To submit an appeal, teams are required to transfer a deposit of RM100.
➡️ All appeals or reports must be submitted in writing to the tournament organizers within the appeal period.
➡️ Any appeals submitted after 30 April will not be accepted, and no further claims regarding team identity will be entertained.
➡️ The tournament organizers will review and verify all submitted reports, and the decisions shall be final and binding.
➡️ The RM100 deposit will be refunded only if the appeal is successful. If the appeal is unsuccessful, the deposit will be forfeited.
➡️ If an appeal regarding a team’s identity is successful, the entire team will be disqualified from the tournament. The decision of the organizers shall be final and binding.
Partner Replacements
➡️Players are allowed to change partners for team events only before 29 April, any changes attempted after this date will not be accepted.
🚨 All partner changes must be officially submitted in writing to the tournament organizers before the deadline.
🚨The tournament organizers reserve the right to approve or reject partner change requests, and their decision shall be final and binding.
Paddles/Equipments Requirement:
➡️ Only USAPA-approved and UPA-A-approved paddles are allowed, paddles such as the Joola Mot TA 15, OEM, or other non-certified paddles will not be accepted for tournament play.

Prize Money Policy
➡️Prize money is guaranteed only in the event of full participation.
➡️Should there be insufficient participation, prize amounts will be prorated proportionally based on the number of confirmed participants.
Cancellation Policy
➡️No refunds after payment
➡️Category cancelled, full refund issued
Media Release / Consent of Photography & Videography
➡️By participating, players and spectators consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. Media may be used for promotional, social media, or sponsor purposes.
‼️The Organiser reserves the right to change the tournament period or terminate the tournament at any time without prior notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from such changes or termination. The Organiser further reserves the right to modify, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and all participants agree to be bound by such revisions. All decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding.‼️
