Join us now in a tournament for pickleball addicts where everyone competes happily. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, this is your chance to showcase your skills and win prizes.
Tournament Details :
Date : 03th Aug 2025 (Sun) | From 10:00am - 6:00pm
Venue : City Pickle @ One City)
Registration Fees : Rm200/pair
Category (Max 32 Team per category) :
Men’s Double DUPR 3.509 and below
Mixed Double DUPR 3.509 and below
Category PRIZES :
🥇CHAMPION : RM1288 Cash & Medal
🥈1st Runner up : RM688 Cash & Medal
🥉2nd Runner up : RM388 Cash & Medal
Tournament Schedule :
10:00am - 2:00pm - Men's Double Intermediate <3.5
2:00pm - 6:00pm - Mixed Double Intermediate <3.5
*** Please arrive at least 1 hour before for registration. Any late participants, will be disqualified.
***All matches will be submitted to DUPR.
Payment & register:
1. Registration fee: RM200 per team.
2. Payment method: Transfer via TNG or Bank Transfer.
3. Teams are confirmed only after payment received & eligibility checks have been completed.
4. Please bring your NRIC on the matches day for verification purpose.
5. After registration & payment made, please do join our WhatsApp for Tournament update.
6. Players are not allowed to change partner & team name after 20th July 2025.
Tournament Format :
1. Group stage: 4 team per group total 8 group in each category.
2. Top 2 teams from each group advance to Round 16.
3. All Round Robin, Round 16 & Quarterfinals using 15 points rally, with no deuce and no serve to win.
4. Semifinals using 21 rally points, sudden death, no serve to win.
5. 3rd Placing & Final, 21rally, 20-20 serve to win.
6. Line calls will be made by receiver team. If there’s any dispute, players to settle
amongst themselves or re-serve.
7. Time out : Once per team per match, only for Semifinals, 3rd placing & Final.
8. Hydration break : Once when switch side.
9. Injury Time out : 10 minutes, If the player is unable to continue, it will be considered walk by.
Declaration‼️:
1. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event if there are not
enough participants.
2. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided to all registered teams.
3. If the event is postponed, registered teams can choose to either retain their slot for the new date or request a full refund.
4. Registration fees is NOT refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
5. Prizes may be adjusted if total registrations are below than the targeted number of teams.
6. The organizer is not responsible for any lost personal belongings. Please take care of your valuable items.
7. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules and format if necessary.
