📌 Tournament Category

1. Women’s Doubles (Combined DUPR ≤ 6.00) – 24 Teams
2. Men’s Doubles (Combined DUPR ≤ 6.00) – 32 Teams
3. Mixed Doubles (Combined DUPR ≤ 6.00) – 32 Teams

• 📊 DUPR Limits: Max Individual DUPR: 3.199

• 💰 EARLY BIRD Registration Fee: RM 208 / team  (Valid before 21/5/2026 with voucher code: EARLYBIRD)

• 💰 Registration Fee: RM 228 / team

⚠️ Important Rule:

To ensure fairness, each team is allowed a maximum of ONE player who has previously achieved a podium finish (Top 3) in this category. Strict NO "Double Podium" partnerships.

Exceptions: Results from friendly matches and team events are excluded. Podium finishes in "mini cups" (<15 teams) are also excluded, but must be declared to and approved by the organizer in advance.

Notice: Novice Players must ensure eligibility before registering. Non-compliance with podium rules and DUPR manipulation will result in disqualification with no refund.

为保证公平，每队最多仅限1位曾获该项目前三名（Podium）的选手。严禁“双前三”组合搭档。 曾获得前三名的选手，必须搭配一位在该项目中未曾获得前三名成绩的选手组队。

例外情况：友谊赛及团体赛成绩不计算在内。“迷你杯赛”（少于15支队伍）所获得的领奖台成绩也不计算，但必须提前向主办方申报并获得批准。

注意：新手组球员在报名之前，必须自行确认参赛资格。若违反领奖台规则或操纵 DUPR 评级，将被取消比赛资格，且报名费恕不退还。

⚠️Eligibility & DUPR Verification

• DUPR ratings will be verified prior to the tournament.

• The DUPR rating at the time of registration shall be used for eligibility verification.

• Participants without a valid DUPR rating (NR) will be automatically considered as 3.000

• Subsequent changes to a player’s DUPR rating will not be considered.

• Players found exceeding category limits may be disqualified without refund.

• The Organiser reserves the right to investigate suspicious rating discrepancies, undeclared competitive history, or sandbagging behavior.

📝 Tournament Rules

• 🔄 Early Stages (Group Stage, Round of 16, Quarter-finals & Semi-finals)

• Format: Single set, 15-point system.
• Sudden Death: If the score reaches 14-14, the next point wins the match (Golden Point). No deuce.
• Switching Sides: Teams switch sides when one team reaches 8 points.

🔄 Final Stages (Finals & 3rd/4th Playoff)

• Format: Best of 3 games, 11-point system.

• Switching Sides: In the deciding 3rd game, teams will switch sides when one team reaches 5 points.

⚠️Governing Rules

• The tournament shall be governed by the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook.

• Any disputes, interpretations, or matters not expressly covered shall be decided by the Tournament Committee, whose decision is final and binding.

⚠️Match Regulations

🔹 Check-In, Punctuality & Walkovers

• Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled match.
• A 10-minute grace period applies
• Teams failing to appear after the grace period will forfeit the match and a walkover will be awarded.

🔹 Medical Timeout

• One 10-minute injury timeout allowed

• Inability to continue will be considered a forfeit

⚠️Health, Safety & Liability

• Participants compete at their own risk.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to compete.

• The Organiser, venue, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event.

• Players must immediately withdraw if instructed by tournament officials or medical personnel.

⚠️Prizes & Participation Threshold

• Prize distribution is subject to minimum participation numbers.

• If the tournament receives less than 50% of its intended entries, prize amounts may be adjusted accordingly.

• All prize decisions by the Organiser are final.

⚠️Registration & Deadline

• Registration Closes: June 14, 2026 (Spots are limited, first-come, first-served!)

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the tournament is cancelled by the Organiser.

• The Organiser reserves the right to close registration once a category reaches full capacity.

• Once registration is completed, partner changes are only allowed if the original partner is unable to compete due to injury, supported by a valid medical certificate and subject to organiser approval.

• Full refund only if tournament is cancelled

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the tournament or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
