Teams may select between an entry fee option of:

Option 1A: RM250 fee per pair
Option 1B: Discounted RM220 fee per pair*

Option 2A: Purchase either 1x Arrow Prismatic or 1x Arrow Paradox paddle at RM639
Option 2B: Purchase either 1x Arrow Prismatic or 1x Arrow Paradox paddle at a market price RM609*

*To be eligible for the discounted Option 1B or Option 2B, both players in the team must post a photo of Arrow Paddles on their Instagram story/post on the day of the tournament at registration.

*To those who select Option 2A or 2B, the paddle will be delivered on the day of the tournament

📊ELIGIBILITY POLICY
- Each Player in the pairing must have a DUPR Doubles rating of 3.499 or lower, at the time of registration and in the last 2 months
- DUPR reliability score must be above 50%
- Players must submit a valid DUPR ID on registration.
- Players with no rating are to self-evaluate their level, however their participation is at discretion of the tournament director.
- Players are not allowed to have multiple DUPR accounts or use specific accounts for specific categories. Reports will be made to DUPR.
- Purposely lowering your DUPR rating by submitting fake matches will result in disqualification without refund or ban from partaking in the tournament and a report to DUPR will be made.

⚙️TOURNAMENT FORMAT
- 8 Groups of 4 teams each
- Top 2 in the group will qualify for the knockout stages
- Standings will be based on this order of precedence (No. of Wins, Point Differential, Head to Head)
- Knockouts will begin with Round of 32
- There will be a 3rd / 4th placing match from the losing semi-finalist

Switch sides at 8 points

Knockout Stages:- Rally Scoring first to 15 points - Best of 3 games
Switch sides after each set; switch at 8 in deciding set

⏱️ TIMEOUT RULES
• Group Stage: No timeouts
• Round of 16 & Quarterfinals: 1 timeout/team (1 min)
• Semis, 3rd Place & Finals: 2 timeouts/team (1 min, between sets)

3. For postponements, teams may opt to keep their slot or request a refund.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed.
5. Prize pool may be adjusted based on the final number of registered teams.
6. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the rules or format when necessary.
