💳 Registration Fee: RM1,000 per team

Grand Final entry is included — no additional fee for qualifying teams.

✅ Eligibility

• Malaysian citizens residing or working in Johor Bahru
• Proof of JB residence required (e.g. utility bill / company confirmation letter / employment letter)
• Example: You're originally from Penang, but you're currently living or working in JB — you're eligible.
• Players may choose any region they wish to compete in — you do not need to live in the region you select

👥 Team Format

• Each team consists of 4 to 6 players
• DUPR combined rating limits apply based on team size:
• 4 players: max combined DUPR 12.00
• 5 players: max combined DUPR 15.00
• 6 players: max combined DUPR 18.00
• Teams compete in 3 categories per match, played in this order:

1. Women's Doubles
2. Men's Doubles
3. Mixed Doubles

• All matches are team events — the team with the most category wins takes the match
• Each round requires all registered team players to take the court — every player must play.

🔥 Tournament Format

Regional Stage (per region)

• 6 teams per region, divided into 2 groups of 3
• Round Robin format within each group
• Top 1 team from each group advances to the Regional Final
• Regional Final determines the Regional Champion

Grand Final

• Regional champions from all 4 regions compete
• No additional registration fee required for qualifying teams
• Venue: Play! at Dewani, Tampoi — 17 Oct 2026

Round Robin

Single set · Rally point to 15 · Sudden death at 14–14

Semi-final & Final

Single set · Rally point to 21 · Sudden death at 20–20

1. Total point difference in all group matches

💰 Prize Structure

Regional Stage (per region, per winning team)

🥇 Champion — RM500 Cash + Medals / team

🥈 1st Runner-Up — RM300 Cash + Medals / team

🥉 2nd Runner-Up — RM200 Cash + Medals / team

Grand Final

🥇 Champion — RM5,000 + Trophy

🥈 1st Runner-Up — RM3,000 + Trophy

🥉 2nd Runner-Up — RM2,000 + Trophy

4th Place — RM1,000 + Trophy

📝 Registration & Cancellation Policy

• If fewer than 4 teams are registered for any regional event, that event will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued
• No refunds once registration is confirmed
• If unable to attend, participants may arrange their own replacement

📖 Match Regulations

No-Show / Forfeit

A no-show of 5 minutes will be considered a forfeit. The forfeiting team will receive 0 points for that match.

Timeout

One 1-minute timeout is allowed from the Semi-finals onwards.

Medical Timeout

One 10-minute injury timeout is allowed. If a player is unable to continue, it will be considered a forfeit.

⚠️ Important Notes

• DUPR manipulation will result in disqualification with no refund
• The tournament shall be governed by the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook
• The Tournament Director has final authority on all rulings and disputes
• Match results will not be submitted to DUPR
• Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation and may be adjusted proportionally if entries are insufficient
• Match format and schedule may be adjusted based on final registration numbers
• By participating, players consent to the use of their photos, videos, names, and likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes
• Personal data collected will be used solely for tournament administration, communication, and record-keeping
• Players participate at their own risk. The organizer shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage
• No retrospective appeals will be entertained once the match or round has concluded
• The organizer reserves the right to amend schedules, court assignments, or tournament formats where necessary to ensure fairness and smooth event operations
