Each player will receive an exclusive tournament jersey. Teams registering after 15 Nov 2025 will have no sizes selections subject to availability upon check-in at the event.
(Teams are allowed to join more than one category as long as it does not held on the same day)

🎮FORMAT (MLPlay™):
Each team has 4 players (2 men + 2 women).
Each match = 4 games to 21 points (win by 2)
1️⃣ Women’s Doubles
2️⃣ Men’s Doubles
3️⃣ Mixed Doubles 1
4️⃣ Mixed Doubles 2
If tied 2–2 → DreamBreaker™ singles tiebreaker to 21 (win by 2)
All 4 players rotate after every 4 rallies.

🧩DUPR DIVISIONS:
DUPR 18: Max team total ≤18.300 (max one player rating 5.100, NR player will be rated at 4.500)
DUPR 16: Max team total ≤16.300 (max one player rating 4.600, NR player will be rated at 4.000)
DUPR 14: Max team total ≤14.300 (max one player rating 4.100, NR player will be rated at 3.500)
DUPR 12: Max team total ≤12.300 (max one player rating 3.600, NR player will be rated at 3.000)
Each team’s total = sum of all 4 players’ DUPR ratings.
Local and international players are welcomed.

📋SCORING — Rally Scoring (MiLP Format):
✅ Points are earned on every rally.
✅ Must win by 2 points and the final point must be on serve.
✅ Players stay on their assigned side (no switch after each point).
Example:
At 20–20, if the receiving team wins a rally → 21–20 (doesn’t count).
They must win a rally on serve to secure the game.
If they win again while serving → 22–20 → Game Over ✅

🤝COIN TOSS & TEAM ROLES:
Each team must appoint a captain to manage coin tosses, lineups, and communication with organizers or referees.
Before each match, captains do a coin toss.
Winner chooses either one option; loser chooses next, then winner choose the remaining option:
1️⃣ Be Home or Away team
2️⃣ Start Serving or Receiving every game
3️⃣ Choose court end to start Women’s Doubles

*Home vs Away:
Home reacts to the Away team’s mixed doubles lineup (Away declares first).
Away reacts to the Home team’s DreamBreaker™ singles lineup (Home declares first)

🌱SEEDING:
Seeding order:
1️⃣ Matches won
2️⃣ Head-to-head
3️⃣ Point differential (Points Earned – Points Against).

⏳FLOW OF PLAY:
~2 min warm-up before every game
~5 min break between games
~1 time-out (1 min) per game
~Switch ends at 11 points
~Teams have a 10-minute grace period to report. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a walkover.

⚖EQUIPMENT & FAIR PLAY:
✅ Only paddles on the USA Pickleball or UPA-A Approved Paddle List allowed. (🔗https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/)
✅ Coaching is allowed only when the ball is not in play.
🚫 Cheating, multiple DUPR accounts, match-fixing creating fake matches/intentionally dropping DUPR rating = immediate disqualification & report to DUPR.
🕵️‍♂️ Organizers may review player profiles, adjust team placements, or make final rulings on eligibility and fairness.
✅ All match results will be submit to DUPR.
❗Players please bring IC / passport for verification upon registration at the event.

💼ORGANIZER DECLARATIONS:
Tournament Director’s Authority: Final decisions on all rulings and disputes.
Substitutions: Allowed before event start (must stay within team DUPR's limit and subject to TD's approval).
Forfeits: If a team cannot field 4 players, the game is forfeited (21–0).
Refund Policy: No refund after successful registration unless the event is officially cancelled.
Liability: Players participate at their own risk. Organizer not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages.
Rule Updates: The organizer may adjust schedule, court assignments, or format as needed for fairness and smooth flow.
